When they first began treatment, she was just recovering from some major health issues, and I may have been over protective, and overbearing. He and his exceptional team were patient, kind and attentive. They addressed any concerns we had before starting, and have been responsive and reassuring along he way. I used to feel like I needed to micro manage all her appointments and care, but not with these guys. She always tells me how well he and his staff treat her when she visits. At only 7 years old you had me peeing my pants in your waiting room and quivering out of fear to the point that my Mom took me and we left and we had my retainer taken off by a different dentist. You were a wicked man. You were cruel and unfit to work with small children. You put that instrument into my mouth which wouldn't allow me to even swallow and you cranked that thing so wide that the corners of my lips cracked open. You would mock and mimic me when I'd start to cry and I could hardly even cry because you had that metal instrument holding my mouth open. You caused me so much dismay... I required being put under every single dental appt from that moment on- even for a simple cleaning. Shame on you!! And it wasn't just me that you treated like this...almost every single other person who went to you during their childhood has said the same thing. I lost a crown today around 12:30pm, I called St J Dental and they were able to fit me in within 30 min. Upon arrival, the receptionist advised that I was "put in" to the schedule but it could take some time. I am ok with that, especially since I was told upon arrival. I left within 45 min from the start of my appointment. The dental assistant again advised that this could take some time since they were fitting me into the schedule. The Dr., was amazing and very cheerful even with an added appointment to his day. After all of that, they re-placed the crown at no charge! Thank you for being very efficient with your services! A. Initially I found this place on a whim while in between dentist and needing a rootcanal…read more They were able to squeeze me in and help me out However over the next few months I noticed some difficulties with staff and communication and there were at least 2 dental assistants who were very young, and clueless about 'social cues' or basic manners...during my root canal I needed to communicate something about feeling sick and couldnt speak so I motioned for a pen and paper to write it down and the assistant rolled his EYES and shook his head as the dentist continued to drill away so I just surrendered and shut up but bitterly Then during my last time there, I was scheduled for a routine hygentist appoint for a cleaning and was running 10min late I called ahead and said so, and they were clear that they may or may not be able to see me when I I arrived(I was fine with this and said "no problem I understand") To my surprise , they said they could see me(the place was completely EMPTY) and upstairs I went to meet a woman who had nothing short of an ATTITUDE problem the minute she introduced herself and it was obvious she was annoyed about something (but at this point I didn't take it personally since they has told me I was 'welcome to come in for my appointmen despite being 10min late) She then did a quick assessment only to inquire why I hadn't fixed a broken tooth to which I replied, "because the dentist and I have a plan in action about which teeth to prioritize fixing and the one you are pointing out, was the last on the list" To which she became SNIPITY and body language displayed intense defensive and irrability... She then declared "you have alot of tarter so brace yourself because I'm going to have to go in deep to clean it out"(which long story short shocked the next dentist who I saw just a month later who said there wasn't any tarter or on the spectrum next to nothing to complain about) to which I replied'" can we pause for a moment I'm not sure I understand why and your starting to makw me feel uncomfortable" To this, she threw off her mask sat down across from me and in a curt and angry tone with her face twitching, she said " for starters you were 10 minutes LATE!" To which i replied they let me in after I said it would be fine if you couldnt see me, but now yiur holding it against me? So I said "Fuck THiS, took off my apron got up and proceeded to leave and go downstairs to ask to speak with the dentist who I waa supposed to see after her to look yet again at the root canal I'd just had that was giving me some problems When I got to the front desk, the hygentist had zoomed in behind me to another entrance inside the receptionist area and before I had a chance to ASK to speak with a dentist or in the VERY least her superio, she declared "he SWORE at me and is now LEAVING! Before I left I stood there now completely confused and asked to speak with a dentist to which the receptionist said "you heard her, you can leave" I left in a storm and then called back in 5 minutes to have someone else pick up the phone and I explained what happened She APOLOGETICALLY said , " there was an internal issue the dentist had with the hygentist before you even got here and it's been a very hard day here that has NOTHING to do you having been 10 minutes late...I'm so sorry she blamed her bad day on you and I'll have the owner call you to figure out another day you can come back to have your teeth cleaned and looked at Then within a few minutes the owners WIfE calls me, profusely apologized again on behalf of the wicked witch of St Johnsbury, and said "next month we have a new person from Texas coming and he will be a better fit if you can wait that long...I said I wanted to come in person to talk directly to the owner about the whole DEBACLE before i felt even remotly comfortable going back. Fast forward to that following week, I went in and sure enough after talking to the owner and his wife the hygentist fabricated story of me 'swearing at her' continued to be perpetuated by her lies and despite all that they told me they were "seriously considering firing BOTH the dentist and hygentist" this brought me some peace of mind that they weren't gas lighting me but as it turns out they never did and it was just a way of coercing me into coming back for the 10k worth of dental work they realized they'd be short on having lost yet again another client.... It aint just me folks! I'll say it like I've read another prior review here "These people are MONSTERS.... Yup...couldn't agree MORE

I have been there as a walk in patient and was helped by the on call Doctor more than I had my previous Dr. that I had for a number of years! He listened, gave me a short term prescription and sent me straight to the Hospital for a lower back x-ray. My next visit was with Dr. Pierko, who made immediate suggestions for a medicine of great value for my extremely painful condition! This condition had not even been addressed for the months I suffered before Dr. Pierko. He is also a helpful chiropractor, which a form of this approach I have never had before and so much more helpful than the treatments I had from other Doctors and much less invasive! That person should be in that position instead of her. Office staff are incompetent. I was applaud about how I was treated after i explained that I was self pay(previously mentioned). Sadly I believe that they like to bill insurance for 3 times the amount of self pay. Now I have a bill for $182 because they didn't do their job correctly and they added a late fee, even though I paid my $207 bill in FULL at time of departure. They are either incompetent or scammers.
