During initial exam I was informed that they would not be doing the adjustment today and I would have to come back tomorrow. I let them know that this would not align with my schedule and requested to be adjusted today. Dr Rob stated to me that if he adjusted today that he would risk losing his chiropractic license. I know this to bold faced because I have been adjusted same day numerous times at several chiropractors in the past. I asked if I returned tomorrow if the adjustment would be included in the new patient pricing and he said no and that that would be an entirely different fee we would discuss after completion of the exam! PURE SCAM! Avoid at all cost!!!!

I went in not knowing what to expect and was greeted by the front office manager/receptionist Misty. We conversed as I filled out the paperwork. Misty, took X rays and scheduled me to come back for my adjustment. She explained the importance of having an X-ray done first versus allowing someone to begin adjusting you without knowing potential problems that are revealed through an Xray. I asked Misty how long she has been with the practice and her response was so beautiful she spoke so highly of her employer and employment experience. This is definitely a space filled with love by God fearing people. I go back this week for my adjustment and I will update my review.
