I've been renting from them for less than 6 months and so far I've had a bad roof leak that I had to report to them 3 times before they repaired it, my front porch rails are falling off where the porch is rotting, I told them the stove hood vent wasn't working and was told they would send someone out and never did, I'm eat alive with sugar ants and have been since moving in, they said they would only treat for them once and then I had to, they never treated for them, and before moving in my husband and I were sent to the store by them to buy and install a mailbox on our own because the one for the house was missing. Now I'm on day 6 with no ac. I've told them I'm disabled and heat intolerant and asked for window ac units until the ac is fixed because it's over 90 degrees. They refused. I offered to buy them and take it out of the rent and got a heated nasty response. I've now been blocked from sending the agent messages because I reminded her again that I was disabled and told her she must not care so if there's a household emergency I can't contact them out of office hours. I think this was done because they don't want all this in writing. I was told to call the office in the future. Too late I have all the previous texts saved where they refused to help in extreme temperatures to a disabled person or in a timely manner.
