We went through the entire process of introducing him to the school, the manager, the teachers and the application to have him start preschool at in March 2021. However, less then 3 hours into the first day of school, we get a phone call to come get him because he kept running out of the classroom and not listening to the teachers. Their words were that "they are concerned for his safety and they don't think he's the right fit." As soon as I showed up, my son who was wondering around content and exploring, smiled, and walked to me to be picked up and chilled out. The manager said to me, "we don't have the resources to devote to keeping him still like he is in your arms right now." Excuse me? They did not even "try!" They did not give him1 day to adjust to the new surroundings. Unbelievable and sad! I am giving them two stars, instead of one star, because at least they did not hesitate to give me a full refund.

Any time we have concerns, the teachers and administration listen and work with us to develop solutions.
