I was served by a lady called Sabeena, she suggested I look at made to measure curtains. I thought they would be too expensive, However, she went through the pricings and options and was just so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We went away with prices etc to mull it over. We returned the next day and were served by Kim and also by Berni. They were just amazing just like Sabeena, again nothing was too much trouble. We finally made our purchase. Hoping that the curtains would live up to the expectations set by such knowledgeable and helpful staff. They were due to arrive on 7th December. they arrived on 5th December. They were very well packed we hung them the same day. They are excellent, far exceeding our expectations. Thanks to Sabena and Kim they look and fit better than my previous curtains. I can not praise Dunelms and their staff enough. Thank you

We had been at various other locations in London already and had picked up samples from various tiles, to test out of how they look and feel in our home. We eventually made up our mind and went for the East Hampton hexagon-shaped mosaic marble. This location in Marylebone is close to my office, so one day I popped in here to place the final order. The sales agent, Sharie, was super helpful and she made the order-process a breeze. She followed up with a written email confirmation and told me that the delivery is scheduled for the agreed date. Wonderful! What really made this an extraordinary experience was when I came back to this shop a few weeks later to return the samples. These samples were from the Islington and Hampstead branches, plus I had lost the receipts...and so I wasn't quite sure if they would refund the money. Luckily, Sharie was on duty again: she loaded the computer and spent some time digging for the online-receipts. She found them in the end and refunded me back my 28 quid. That's what I call great customer service!

After a huge…read morefiasco trying to get a delivery made on time (sending only one member of staff to deliver 700kg of tiles and at a completely inappropriate time, Fired Earth agreed to refund my delivery charges. I provided them with my account number and sort code. They then refused to process the refund to my account, insisting that I provide my confidential credit card details over the phone. Due to past incompetence I was not willing to do this, as I have no confidence they would be treated securely. It beggars belief that a company, in the UK, in the 21st century cannot make a payment to a bank account, when you provide them with the name of the account holder, the account number and the sort code. I have never encountered such outrageously poor customer service before. David Dwyer

Really excellent service !!…read more I've ordered a couple of times from The Holding Company and the items have been as described with very quick delivery. In my last delivery, unfortunately one of the items was broken ( probably by the couriers) , I called and was asked to send a photo of the broken item. I did, and immediately they responded to tell me, no problem new item on the way - and please just dispose of the broken item. No quibbles, no having to pack it up and send it back - I shop all the time on the internet - and have to say this is really first class ! couldn't recommend them highly enough. The initial order comprised several parts that were packaged well and clearly marked and enclosing straightforward instructions (not always the case with many companies). The baskets I ordered were much more attractive than the photographs suggested. My second order I placed at five pm on Monday and delivery was expected in Edinburgh on Wed/Thurs. It pleasantly arrived at 10pm on Tuesday morning and I had the shelving unit assembled and baskets filled by noon. My bathroom looks amazing. I will undoubtedly use the Holding Company again and will recommend them to all my family and friends.
