My guess is they are punctual bc today on Airoso Blvd on one of their vans was so far up my rear if inside to brake for any reason it wound have been an accident for sure. I was going 43 in 40 and had he given me a chance to let the car in the other lane passed me I would've gotten out of his way instead he created a dangerous situation rapidly so that dumbassss got the one mile below speed limit treatment So I guess they are on time but that level of aggression seems like the work quality may suffer similar poor judgement ultimately. read more

I have no idea what there services are like but the manger and drivers are completely careless while on I-95 in the rain I had a driver up my ass putting my family in danger I called the manger and he told me I should get outta the left lane and stay in the right lane when I was in the right lane the whole time after informing the manger he was extremely disrespectful and told me "don't hurt your lil pp " owner also said he has cameras and can see what happens so I'd love the video to be tagged here read more

I came home on a Sunday after a four day stay at the hospital only to find out that my garage was flooded and my water heater was leaking. I left a message with Bobby and he responded early Monday morning, showed up and replaced the heater in a jiffy. It is so nice to find People who help you when you're done. Yes, I recommend Harrod's Plumbing highly! I suspected trouble when as the tub was draining after my bath, the toilet started bubbling and the shower in the next bathroom had water coming up the drain. Ugh! I have used a number of plumbers over the years, and really want to use someone who is licensed for any plumbing work. Bobby, the owner of Harrod's, was able to respond quickly to my distress call for a backed up inside sewer line. He was professional and explained what he was doing to this curious homeowner. He even made some suggestions that I found helpful. I try to grade on a bell curve, just like in school. I don't give a lot of 5 star ratings, but Harrod's deserves an A. read more

I had no idea whom to call until someone recommended Harrod's, saying Bob was not only good but had reasonable pricing. I'm so glad that I gave him a call. He promptly showed up, dealt with the issue -- and even told me how to fix it myself if the problem recurred -- and I'm pretty sure saved me lots of bucks that I would have wasted calling one of the "chain" plumbing services. Let me begin with, I do not typically write reviews. However, I would be remiss in not doing so in this case. Bobby did us a favor when we were looking at a house for purchase in September of 2017. His only request was that we call him should we ever have a need for a plumber in the future. That house was avoided and a better home was purchased in April of 2018. As most buyers of existing homes can attest, there are minor changes that need to be made. Ours was the contractor grade kitchen sink. So, we purchased our entire upgrade with the intent of D.I.Y. Nothing doing. Remembering our past experience with Bobby, we gave him a call. He scheduled us quickly. Our upgrade of, new sink, faucet, reverse osmosis, the thinga-ma-jiggy that chews up the food scraps, and under sink hot water heater was no challenge for him. Bobby arrived on time. He had my respect immediatetly. Very personable, and comedic. Yes, I said comedic. He truly welcomes customer interaction, questions as well as not rejecting customer suggestions or assistance. He was well prepared for everything. (Except screws. Yo Bobby, get you some screws). Seriously, it was not his fault, our equipment should have come with mounting screws. He was extremely thorough, and interactive at the same time. He explained everything he was doing. He treated us as if he was doing this for his own family and friends. Needed grinder pump repair. Called a friend & h referred me to Bob wh fixed problem promptly.... It was only a stuck float, and not the pump itself thankfully. The initial installation was done by Dave's in Stuart in 1999. I always always had issues over the years. However, Bob DIAGNOSED and promptly repaired the issue quickly.
