Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Tyrell refused to follow clear creative directions, became defensive and dismissive, and ultimately made the process very stressful. Instead of collaborating respectfully, he often reacted with anger when I gave feedback, and I felt bullied and belittled rather than supported as a client. This was not the professional or faith-based environment I expected, especially from someone representing a "creative" and "God-centered" brand. I'm sharing this review so others can make informed decisions before working with this studio. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being cautious before paying upfront.
