Was there for dinner last Friday night. Place was packed and we were lucky to get a reservation, even though it was late in the evening. Drinks were good, Christmas decorations were in full abundance and there was live music which made this place pop. Only problem was after we ordered out appetizers and meal, the appetizers came out about 15 mins later (place was packed so no biggie, gave my wife and I time to talk) but as soon as I went to bite into my appetizer, our food came out. I told the person delivering the meals we weren't ready and had to say it a second time until he acknowledged with a "do you want me to take it back?" In a smug manner. I told him to leave it but to get the manager. The manager arrived in less than a minute and apologized before we could say anything. He said that should have never happened and when we were ready for our food, our server will re-place our order so the food is fresh. I commend the manager on how he handled the situation and it left us with a feeling of being a valued customer. Our food was good and we enjoyed ourselves and the evening. That is how a good manager handles problems. I've had situations where managers try to blame the customers for their shortcomings but he realized they had messed up and took positive action to correct it and accepted responsibility. read more

What happened to this place ? Seven of us fir dinner and seven different items ordered...all were terrible. We have been going here for years. Went last year and had a similar experience, decided to give it another try. Won't be back . read more
