I really enjoy coming to Harry's Cafe. They're always attentive to their customers' needs, and you can tell management really makes an effort to ensure orders are made correctly every time. One of my favorite things there is the chili cheese fries -- they seriously remind me of the kind you'd get back in the hood... flavorful, satisfying, and just plain good. Since I work right down the street, I also appreciate that they make healthier breakfast options too. They'll grill up a chicken breast with eggs exactly how I like it, which keeps me coming back. It is usually busy and loud but that just means people like the place. Our orders always have plenty of food that is fresh and well prepared. I've eaten at Henry's over the years. Their food is always perfect for a little drive-through place. The wait in the drive-through is a little longer because they make your food right then and there. That's fine but today was a bummer cause I ordered a Tuna sandwich and then they gave me a club sandwich that I don't like at all, but I didn't wanna hold up the line so I took it and paid my money and told the lady at the window it's fine. Everybody makes mistakes. But then when I sat down to eat my food the sandwiches OK I threw it away cause I don't like ham and bacon on top of that the Pepsi I ordered tasted really bad like somethings wrong with the mix. I don't know, but it was gross so I had to throw that away too. I called the restaurant to let them know about their soda machine. I don't know maybe it's me but it sure tasted weird. read more

I was craving a quick burger, so decided to check this place out. I wasn't trying to stop for the usual fast food places. I enjoyed it, no complaints...great customer service, meal, and efficient. Men's restroom could use some pick up/cleaning. Four stars due to the cleanliness of restroom, however, everything else was "pretty" good, including staff. I'm sure I'll be back. Ordered the family meal that they have displayed outside that's supposedly a family meal for $35.99. We ended up playing $10 more than the original price. While in the drive through, we felt rush to order. The person didn't even allow us to speak because they were already asking "that's it." We ask why it was so much & it was because we got cheese and ranch. If those items are extra charge then they should say "that's going to be an ex charge" instead of charging us. That wasn't fair to us. Lucky the food is good, but the drive through serve needs some work in communicating with the customers. read more

One of the worst dining experiences I've had, and not because of the food. We placed an order and received the wrong item, which is a simple enough mistake that any restaurant should be able to fix with professionalism and grace. Instead, what we witnessed was completely unacceptable: the owner berated and publicly humiliated his employees right in front of us, simply because of a mix-up. It was uncomfortable, hostile, and frankly disturbing to watch. No one should be treated like that, especially not over something so minor. The atmosphere immediately turned tense and unpleasant, not just for us, but clearly for the staff who looked visibly shaken. Regardless of how good the food may be, I can't in good conscience support a business where the leadership shows such a lack of basic decency toward their team. A restaurant is more than just food; it's about people, hospitality, and respect. This place failed on all counts. Do better, Harry! read more

We made a pit stop here on our way to Big Bear back in February. This cafe has a lot of items on the menu! It was a little overwhelming, but I ended up choosing the club sandwich. It's a fast casual place, so you order at the counter and they bring out the food to your table. They cut my club sandwich into fours, so it was easy to eat. The sandwich was great and service was quick and friendly. My friends just got some fries, which needed some salt. I love Harry's, but today was probably the worst meal I've ever had there. I ordered zucchini half was room temperature probably sitting for a while and the other half was warm, definitely not hot. I ordered a breakfast burrito or should I say a potato burrito it was awful, 95% of the burrito was potatoes. I was super bummed out , they normally have really good food. It's my go to after work when I want to get home and not cook. The people there are always friendly and great service whether you use the drive through or walk in. Always fast and clean establishment. The food is good 99% of the time and the other 1% I only say bad because they got my order wrong. Spent approx $75.00 on 4 items. Liver and onions were inedible. It was so tough even old leather would have chewed easier. Way overcooked, dry and nasty. The club sandwich was soggy from the onion rinses that were in the same box. Totally disgusting trying to eat a wet sandwich. The catfish was just as bad as the rest. Who puts soggy onion rings on top of fish.. we did even ask for the onion rings. Both the fish and liver came with 2 scoops of mashed potatoes with brown gravy poured over them; no one wanted gravy nor were we told about it. Just disgusting. The only thing they got right was the hamburger, we wanted plain and dry and that's what they gave us. $75 is a lot of money to spend on crappy food. Wouldn't recommend. read more

HORIBLE , I came here on the day of the 2024 Super Bowl to eat some food and watch the game I ordered a burger, fries and a strawberry milkshake burger was fine so was the fries but when I took the frost sit of the milkshake I was having a head ache and a stomach ache fast forward that night I started to throw up every 30 minutes and finally on the 7th through out I finally got all that disgusting milkshake out. 1 star read more

Love this place for years. But as someone who was trying to pick up an order... it was a different experience. There was no line and it was fully staffed. But that old lady with blonde hair that looks like Ash Trevino needs an attitude adjustment. I was trying to ask for condiments and she acted like I said the worst thing I could to her. "What!? What do you mean by condiments you need bell peppers or ketchup or what!?" So I say yes can I pickup ketchup and all that, and she still tells me "No!" With a disgusted face. I'm trying to go the extra mile for people so it looks good for the business and me. Trying to make me feel dumb for asking such a simple thing was crazy. I'm not doing business with that bitter lady there. Simply telling me "Oh, I didn't provide any because the customer didn't request any" would've sufficed. She immediately started gossiping to her coworkers in spanish acting like the victim. Recently went through the drive through to get me and my kids some brunch. We ordered a turkey sandwich, breakfast burrito with sausage, bacon and egg and a cheeseburger. The Turkey sandwich had hardly any Turkey meat in the sandwich. As far as my breakfast burrito I didn't recall ordering a hash burrito. The entire burrito was made up of 90% hash, very little egg and wouldn't you know it no sausage whatsoever. When I called in to notify the owner of my food the man was a complete A hole. Did not even apologize for my order. Didn't offer no resolution just pretty much said "we don't give refunds" the only thing that was decent was the cheeseburger. Other than that I highly recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere. My bill was over $45 for crap. Won't be going back here again. (No stars if that was possible!) read more

I ordered the Gyro dinner before going to work tonight. Soup, salad, entree and choice of potato or rice for $9.99. I've come here quite a bit and have yet to have a mediocre meal. The staff are friendly and food is quick, good and reasonably priced. Recently, I brought my wife and my aunt here and we all ordered their beef rib dinner; soooo good! All dinners come with soup and salad plus choice of starch (potato or rice) drinks aren't included, but decently priced. 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great meal and a decent price. read more

I visited this place Sunday January 2, 2024 with a friend as we agreed to try new places, I ordered their ribeye breakfast my potatoes had ham in them and my eggs had shells which both are a deal breaker for me as I do not eat pork nor the shell of my eggs. I was able to speak to the one of the hostess she was very apologetic. The prices did not match the online menu by $5 dollars; there is an up change on everything. Sundays at noon is definitely a peek time and getting the tables turned over was definitely a challenge, we did have to sit over plenty of food on the floor it was gross. Good quick burger joint with a big menu of options. Best of all they are open pretty late for when you are passing thru the area. Service is good and they are friendly. Family safe if you are bringing little ones with you. I took my youngest daughter when we were passing by from grandma's house. She enjoyed her burger and fries.
