BEWARE!!! I regret hiring Alex from Trimelogic for a home remodeling project. Unlike what was…read morepromised, he performed no meaningful construction work. The only actions taken were the complete demolition of my master bathroom and destruction that placed my home at risk: he cut through a structural support beam and damaged the building envelope to the point where daylight was visible through the exterior walls. These actions not only failed to improve my property but introduced serious safety hazards. Despite these facts, Alex continued to demand more money while failing to complete even the most basic tasks. Communication was sporadic and unprofessional, with repeated promises followed by no actual progress. When confronted, rather than take accountability, he denied responsibility--just as he has done with other documented complaints online. He will take your deposit and extort more funds for the job to be completed. This situation left my property compromised, unsafe, and requiring immediate corrective work. I strongly caution anyone considering Trimelogic to avoid this contractor entirely. Engaging Alex with your home exposes you to severe financial loss and safety risks. Let's see where to start, I hired Edgar for remodeling a bathroom for my grandma. My grandma is a…read moreheart patient and had issues with walking, so we had decided to put in a stand up shower and redo the entire bathroom. The work was done fine, but it was after the payment was made. The shower was leaking and I pointed it out to Edgar who said that it's a defective shower, so I had ordered another one and waited. Not only the shower was leaking, there was no hot water. He had mentioned that he will have to break the wall, this and that. After almost two weeks of going back and forth and my grandma not having a working shower, I ended up calling up my plumber who fixed the issue. The issue was with workmanship and where the installation wasn't done correctly. After paying the plumber $300, I finally get a message back from Edgar saying that he is sending someone and since this isn't a workmanship issue, I have to pay him $300. So pretty much, the job done was fine, but the mess I had to deal with after paying him was not End of the day, my grandma suffered and I had to spend additional $300 to fix a workmanship issue caused by Edgar and his team.
