I manage a daycare center. We started getting an occasional sewer smell and our drain in the…read morekitchen started overflowing so we called a plumber. The plumbing company came and suggested we get our pipes and pump cleaned by a sewer company. J & H was the first company I called after one of my employees referred them. I was happy that they could come the next morning. Benjamin showed up the next morning like they said they would. He went to the kitchen and looked at our pump under the sink, was instantly angry and started cussing and saying things like "This is f*&king disgusting!" and talked about how the plumbing company is lazy and he's not cleaning up after them (the plumbing company didn't leave a mess. The sewer lines and pump need to be cleaned. That's why we're having the occasional sewer smell). When Benjamin stopped at the front desk on his way out, the first thing he said was "I'm not (plumbing company's name) little b*tch!" And went on about how bad the process would stink and be disgusting and so on. This was in front of children, parents, and teachers. He was VERY unprofessional and angry. I was in shock and embarrassed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My opinion...if Benjamin doesn't like to do dirty jobs maybe he shouldn't be in the sewer cleaning business.
