I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. When we tried to retrieve our vehicle close to 12 AM June 4, we were told by the valet service, they could not find our key. We found ourselves 80 miles from home, with no key to our vehicle or home. In fact when we asked the valet service where our car was, the gentleman could not even give us a specific location. He gave us an approximate location. That night we had to find a way home, call a locksmith to get into our house, and then drive back to pick up our car to drive down to DC. Given the fact that the valet service had not provided the precise location of the car, once we arrived in the general vicinity of the car, we had to drive around for 30 minutes until we finally found the car at 5 AM! Not counting the many inconveniences caused due to the irresponsible crew of Empire Valet. The expense incurred was $542 for locksmith and duplicate key!
