TERRIBLE! If you care about you loved ones, do not use their services. The agency lies to clients. Everyone claims to be a supervisor when you ask to speak with one and when they get any negative calls they want to discontinue services instead of handling their inexperienced aides as well as when you question the validity of their work. I was told that our aide had been with the company for many years when in fact the aide told me she was new to the company. The staff are RUDE and we caught them lying to us many times. When we questioned them they threatened my family that they would call protective services to cover themselves obviously. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They just lie to cover more lies. Their aide even called them liars. We also had things stolen from our home from one of the caregivers as well as mismanaged medications. read more
