She said nothing to me as I was leaving not even let me see where the doctor is. When I got to the waiting room there was 1 person in the waiting room waiting to be seen. What a joke. I will never go back to see this doctor.

I heard his name mentioned on at least three of the calls as office staff noted his name, practice expertise and that he had just joined a few weeks prior. The office is clean, accommodating and easy to find. More importantly, the staff are very welcoming and speak to you like you are an actual person and not someone there to interrupt their day; that's not always the case at some medical practices. If you're looking for a good doctor, ask for Dr. Rosner. If you want a doctor's office that will make you feel welcome and has its act together, TriValley Primary Care in Lansdale is the place to go. My wife…read moreand I are both LGBT and we have been treated very well and with respect by all members of the staff. They always offer a smiling face and great bedside manner. The nurses especially are amazing. When my wife explained to one of them, I use a different name and pronouns due to being transgender she made a real effort to remember on later visits and honor them. It made me feel good as almost no one does that in the medical field in my experiences. They always offer complete care and ask if I have any other questions. Highly recommend to anyone.

Had my deviated septum done back on 25May2021 and it's now Sept and my condition has not changed…read more My breathing is actually worse than before surgery. On my last follow up visit Aug, he told me that I would need a second surgery to thin out the walls of my nose so when I inhale it wouldn't suck in like diagram. When he told me that, my question was why didn't he consider doing this at the time of deviated septum. I feel that he knew that I wasn't going to be happy and would come back for second time. This is unacceptable, as he promised that I would breath better. The follow-up was a joke, endoscope in my nose and tells me healing is going well. Really, if that's the case why am I not feeling normal breathing that I was promise after the surgery. After spending $$ and going through painful recovery, I would expect that he take ownership and make any further correction necessary free of charge. If he wants to submit to my insurance, I am ok but he should eat the out of pocket difference. Will update post after my next appt.

Today I want to say that their staff is among the best! I had a bit of emergency yesterday...when I called, I spoke to Regina who is very kind and helpful...there were no immediate appts with Dr Markos so she transferred me to Triage where I spoke to Lisa. Again, outstanding help and took all my information and sent it over to Dr. Markos. She called back with directions from Dr. Markos for me to go to the ER. Today I called to see if Dr Markos had any cancellations so I could see him soon. Spoke to another young lady who was also wonderful and did find me an appointment. The "staff" often get forgotten or lost in the reviews with doctors taking precedence. But these ladies went above and beyond and I feel need the recognition as well. So thank you to them and all of the great staff at US Digestive Health. I couldn't be more thankful!

There seem to be a lot of miscommunications and confusion at the receptionist but finally they called my name and took me back to where all the action is. The nurses and the doctor were professional, and very very nice. Next thing I know, I woke up with candid photos of my sphincter. No I'm not posting them. All in all it was a good experience and I'm willing to forgive the front of the house. They probably just got a little behind (get it?).
