I went in with severe foot pain after one of my training runs. The therapist first massaged the areas I indicated, which helped to bring some much-needed immediate relief. Once that was sorted, she went to work to discover the source of the pain. After a few minutes of probing various areas on my foot, she started working her way up my lower leg. YOWZA! Turns out the foot pain was resulting from a muscle for which I was overcompensating. We've been working on that area ever since, and I'm back to running with no pain. I highly recommend the therapists here, all of whom have been highly professional, empathetic and practically magical!
