Becky Hattaway was extremely compassionate and helpful. It was a shock to have to put Boomer down And Harts made it easier.

Thank you so much to Hart's Petuary! we were out of town when we received a phone call letting us know our cat had passed away suddenly. We left early the next morning trying to get home asap. our daughter was devastated and did not know what to do about burial/cremation. I called Hart's and they were super friendly, understanding, and helpful. We were able to get Gordon (cat) to Hart's late in the day and they were waiting on us. Hart's made the process so much easier and everything went smooth. Not pushy about buying things we didn't want and made great suggestions. We were extremely pleased and relieved to say the least. I'm so thankful for the heartwarming customer service. We were traveling with our 16 year old beagle, Phil. We knew he was close to the end and sure enough. He crashed a few days in to our trip. We were a long way from home but Harts made us feel like family.
