I didn realize I had called this facility before, but after getting off the phone looked at prior research about healthcare in Mesquite and realized I had called before and spoken to a very unprofessional and rude female. I just called again, this time I found myself communicating with the rudest, most unprofessional male ever! Both are young, and not representing their parents well. All parents should love their children unconditionally, but I would still be ashamed to know my child is in a business mistreating potential patients. I'm sad that the two employees were not learn professionalism and common courtesy as though they are entitled to mistreat people.
