Lindsay Hartz should not be representing children at all. Her behavior is highly unprofessional and bizarre. Once in a meditation room she made the comment, "For all we know your Mother could be Mary Poppins or Jeffrey Dahmer." I tried to report her to VA State Bar but I will need to figure out the proper channel to go through to have her investigated. My sisters friend did not find her character in the best interest of the children but rather a individual who suffers from insecurities who power trips her position, however I saw right through her manipulation and scare tactics. Child Custody battle with Hartz Law Firm was a Heart wrenching battle up! This was our 2nd Custody Battle with the same parent so it wasn't our 1st Rodeo in this area. But, the first time with the Lindsay and she stepped up and looked out for us in every capacity and never let one stone go unturned! I highly recommend calling Lindsay Hartz if you receive a Speeding/Reckless Driving ticket in the speed trap that is Southern VA (I-95/I-295). Lindsay and her paralegal, Ashley, were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional from day 1. I had inquired with other law firms about my ticket, and nobody else seemed to really care about my personal case like Lindsay did. Ms. Hartz and her staff are so easy to work with. I received several letters from lawyers advertising their service but I chose Ms. Hartz because my initial conversation with her staff led me to believe they were honest and geninue up front but also understood what I was going through. This was my first reckless driving citation in my whole life (freaked me out because where I lived before, I could just pay the speeding ticket and be done) and she was able to reduce my fine and remove the points from my record.
