Unless you get the all you can eat, you should probably pass on this place. It was pretty crowded, so they either must be doing something right or people are there for the all you can eat. Appetizers were great, like the gyoza and veggie tempura. But that could be because they are part of the all you can eat, so they were fresh. The dishes we got were not much to write home about. All were kind of bland. Staff and management all had attitudes. Like they didn't know how to react since most people come in for the all you can eat. read more

Tried out this new AYCE sushi restaurant and was very impressed. Went during lunch which is $19.95 per person. Would order all 3 rolls we tried again. (Amazing Roll, King Spicy Roll and sweet potato roll) Tried the beef gozya and the spring rolls. Would not recommend the spring rolls but the gozya was good. Lots of non-raw sushi and other food available which is nice too! It's a good deal for lunch and I would recommend coming with another group and you would be able to try more dishes before getting full. Service was great and our server checked on us regularly. Service was top notch! We sat down not realizing that it was an all you can eat sushi location. The waitress provided us with a separate menu where you could purchase per item. This was the route we took, as we weren't hungry enough for the unlimited special. I enjoyed a spicy salmon roll and clear soup. My husband enjoyed spicy yellow tail and spicy tuna. This was the first time we ate here and we definitely got our money's worth. We started with BBQ squid which was a warm dish. The larger pieces were chewy but the smaller were enjoyable. Hubby then had a King spicy roll with 2 pieces of white tuna. I had the Spicy Girl and 2 pieces of Shrimp. Shrimp tempura was perfectly cooked with the sauce albeit there wasn't enough of it. We came here for a date night. We saw that they had good reviews and figured try something new. Every roll is covered in avocado. So much so that it tasted like butter. My partner ordered several dishes that never arrived in our 2 hours time limit. When we asked about it we were told they take a little longer since he requested them without the avocado. One roll I got tasted horrible but attempted to eat it since "you will be charged additional per left over rolls" on top of the $29.95 all you can eat charge. When we went at lunch the second time, the rolls were not well rolled and the sushi tasted like it was leftover from the night before. I would stick to the dinner time. My and my partner are regulars. We love going and it's our go to date night spot! All the staff is so friendly and the food is phenomenal. I crave the kani salad for days after eating it. The nigiri sushi/sushimi always melts in your mouth. I especially love the Canada roll and the shrimp yakitori. Also you just can't beat the value of the ayce for either dinner or lunch. Went for the first time this evening and we tried the AYCE menu for $30 each. Good selection of foods to choose from on the menu. I had the seaweed salad, shrimp shumai, chicken skewer, Godzilla roll, then red bean ice cream. Everything I had was delicious! The server was very nice but the place was busy! Very casual ambiance and can get loud but my friend and I were able to easily catch up. Would come back again to check out other menu items. I am a very picky Japanese food lover from NYC who often ends up disappointed at Japanese restaurants. This was a great meal, honestly the best quality fish you will get at a neighborhood restaurant, prepared expertly. Good quality nori and nice warm rice for the nigiri and maki. Tempura, gyoza and other appetizers were fresh and delicious. I almost never do AYCE, but it was priced well here and I didn't need to be a pig for it to make sense. read more

We went to Haru Sushi for the all-you-can-eat lunch and we are so glad we did...the service was excellent - came around often to see if we wanted to put in another order. The food came out super fast. The quality and taste was excellent. It is impossible to pick a favorite specialty sushi roll - they were all excellent! They even brought my son fried ice cream with a candle and sang happy birthday. If you want to gorge yourself on sub-par sushi, this is your place. It's very much like a "sushi-go-round" without the entertainment and anticipation of seeing your favorite dish come down the conveyor. We didn't know it was "all you can eat", however the rules printed on the menu was tacky and borderline antagonistic. Its as if the Soup Nazi wrote them himself. The dining experience is less than a 1 star. Picture going to Pizza Hut, but then getting sushi. There is ZERO atmosphere. This place is an old Pizza Hut and it looks like they spent about $1000 on re-decorating. There's some things with Japanese writing around, but its still 85% Pizza Hut. The claim on their web site is "good food, good vibes, and making you feel right at home". If you've never had sushi, your idea of "dining" means sitting down instead of driving through, and you have an argumentative mother, then they absolutely nailed it! In summary, this place is too expensive to be considered "budget friendly", too poor quality food for the price, and too poorly appointed "dining room" to be considered a traditional restaurant. read more

When we discussed the lack of eel in my roll with the owner she argued with us, that every restaurant makes them different and that I should have gotten the "Peter Roll" because the eel comes on top. The Kani salad wasn't mixed and was absolutely smothered in the crunch crumbles, it was gross. In sushi I got the California roll which was huge, I've never had to cut up a roll into multiple bites to eat it, problem was it only had 1 piece of crab stick and 1 piece of avocado the whole thing was cucumber. I also got the fried sweet potato roll, this was average sub par. I also got the mango roll with salmon on top, this was drenched in some sort of sweet sticky sauce making the roll slippery and it mostly just fell apart all over the plate. Their spring rolls are the same ones you buy in the bag at grocery stores and were thick and greasy. To top it all off when we got there, there were at least 5 female servers staring at us, sitting around the restaurant, but in the 2 stall women's bathroom 1 toilet was completely backed up. Over all this was gross, but with the arguments we definitely won't be back. read more

Don't go unless you are really hungry since it is a set price for $30 per adult for all you can eat. There is an extra charge if you leave leftovers and you can't take them home.
