Although, I still believe the administrative staff is incompetent, I commend Steve for reaching out to resolve the issue.

Both times, I was really impressed by the medical staff and I had the best experience anyone can have during eye surgery.

He brought me to the main entrance, then check me in early, after walk me to my appointment and after he walked me to the main exit. Keep him around Ace employee. Really, Great job Team! I was in and out before I knew it. It might have helped that I picked an early weekday time. I signed all paperwork before I arrived electronically. Thank you to the PET and CAT scan teams. I had to beg multiple times for ice water and my blood pressure was so tight it was cutting off my circulation, so I took it off and no one came in to help after waiting an hour and 15 minute. Not a single person checked on the baby's heart rate or vitals even though I was coughing so hard that I was near vomiting. I was born at Swedish, and so was my first son and after this experience we will absolutely not be delivering our 2nd there in a few weeks. The L&D nurses are great there, but the postpartum care was not good so this was the final push to look for better care elsewhere. There were signs everywhere saying "fluid conservation in effect" so I knew they weren't even going to off fluids. I went home extremely dehydrated with a toddler to take care of and a horrible cough. Thanks so much for your "help" and "compassionate care" what a complete joke.

Having a true health partner to tackle life's most important issues is the best thing ever! Not a once-a-year check up. But a true knowledgable medical professional guiding and encouraging me on a weekly basis, with regular measurements showing improvement. Not just yearly labs, but daily, weekly, monthly measurements with quarterly labs to adjust what we are doing as needed. My health is continuing to improve and the way I experience my life has changed for the better. Thank you!

I honestly can't thank NP Peter Yu enough. I had been struggling with mold toxicity along with a host of other symptoms and felt truly stuck, but he completely changed that for me. From the very beginning, he listened so well and really took the time to hear my whole story. Prior, I had seen my PCP, an allergist, and had countless visits to urgent care where they all could not find a cause for what I was experiencing, recommending I address "anxiety." On the other hand, NP Yu explained everything in a way I could actually understand, breaking down everything and helping me see the bigger picture of what was going on in my body. He identified the right testing, uncovered clear biological markers, and built a comprehensive plan to address the root issues. For the first time, I felt like I wasn't just being treated for symptoms, I was actually being cared for as a whole person. Because of his guidance, I've experienced dramatic improvements that I never thought were possible, and also genuinely learned so much. What really sets him apart is not just his knowledge, but the way he genuinely cares. I left every appointment feeling heard, understood, hopeful, and supported. If you're on the fence about functional medicine like I once was, I can honestly say NP Yu is the person who can help open that door for you. He's made such a difference in my life, and I'm truly grateful.

I've been going back and forth with them for the last year showing that the EoB shows insurance has been paid out. My physicals/ wellness visits are to be covered at 100%. and it says so on my insurance card. They attempted to charge me $95 at the visit, but after I protested and explained to them that I have a ppo plan that is in network with bcbs and they still charged me $25 copay. I gave them $25 that they refused to reimburse. Secondly, during the visit I asked to have my script refilled and they said it was a "formality" to get drug tested because it is a controlled substance anxiety med and they need to make sure I'm not drug seeking. I took the test because I felt obligated to prove that I would pass, as well as get my script, but I felt so embarrassed and low. I've never had any other doctor do this, especially because I infrequently take this med. Fast forward nearly a year later, and I get a notification from an out of network testing facility for said drug test... the doctor sent the drug test to an out of network diagnostics facility and now I owe $441. Lastly, the facility is not maintained and dirty. The equipment they use is really out-dated. It looks like a shady walk-in clinic.

For certain cancers, especially those at more advanced stages, the conventional treatment protocol is to use patient-nonspecific chemotherapy drugs that are "as aggressive as the patient can tolerate" in order to gain survival benefit. Unfortunately, this approach leaves you with significant toxicity; frequent hospital visits and a greatly diminished quality of life. At a time when living becomes so important to you, you should not suffer through every moment of it. At Mountain Blue Cancer Care, our approach is as different as it is effective. Our integrative care begins with advanced genomic tumor assessment to learn what is driving the growth of your cancer. As a result, treatments are more individualized, more precise, potentially less toxic and highly effective. It allows you to receive treatment for a prolonged time if needed. Doses of the drugs are adjusted to the lowest effective dose, so you can not only survive longer, but enjoy the time you gain. This treatment is integrated with a wide range of supportive approaches that make it possible. As you navigate through our website, you will see specific examples of our treatment philosophy.
