This summer while I was visiting, we noticed the house feeling warm despite the A/C being set at 75 degrees and ceiling fans running in several rooms. My father made a call to the office and explained the issues we were having with the A/C. We had an appointment scheduled towards the end of the week, since we didn't feel it was that urgent. When it was obvious the situation wasn't getting better, my father made another call to the office, and before the end of the day, we had someone coming out to take care of the problem. Two employees showed up to the house, went right to the unit in the back yard, and in 10 minutes took care of the problem (an old capacitor). The service has always been friendly and prompt. They've handled everything from installing new A/C units, supplying the odd size air filters, and regular service calls for our family over the years.
