Ryan (may not have spelled it correctly?) looked into it and even called our insurance company to get to the bottom of it, and issued us a refund check for the difference within a week. Dr. Bennett and his staff still impress me with every visit. I see a different person (tech? assistant?) for my tightening each time I'm there, but they are always very nice and gentle with my mouth and always ask me if anything is poking me or needs adjusting before sending me on my way. Of course Dr. Bennett is the one who tells them what to do and checks me before and after, and asks if I'm satisfied with my progress so far. (I am!) My time waiting in the lobby is always less than 10 minutes, so whoever does the scheduling is fantastic at their job. ------------------------------------------------------

Due to this, we started using the location at the mall to get the braces tightened each time and it makes the time pass faster. That location wasn't an option today, so we had to visit this one again, which is the main location, and I'm pleased to say that the wait time was much, much shorter today. She was in and out once her name was called. The staff was nice and pleasant, and took time to explain something different that they had to do today, and made sure we both understood what she needed to do at home. I'm glad we chose this place for her braces.
