Problems occurred however during the tenancy itself and particular during check outs. I paid for a full service, which supposedly included regular property inspections-these were not provided, and when I questioned them over this I was told this would incur charges! Inventories for check out were a total cock up with items being listed as missing when they weren't, causing considerable conflict with tenants. . The last tenant reported a water leak via the shower 2 days prior to departure, it had caused considerable damage including rotten back boards around the shower and kitchen ceiling, had quote for £600 to rectify. Dixons had tried to retain part of deposit stating a totally unrelated issue as in damage to a shed which had never been the case-unbelievable incompetence. Totally stitched up by them- stay away.
