Long story short - the doctors office, where I got my prescription made a HUGE error of entering my prescription into their system, so what printed out and was taken to Vision 4 Less was an erroneous prescription for me I had two pair of glasses made and could only see clearly out of my right eye. When I covered my left eye, I could see great! But, without covering my left eye, I was so dizzy with the wrong prescription, I thought I was having a stroke when I drove away. I turned around and the VERY professional and kind staff at Vision 4 Less rechecked everything. We determined that the prescription (in the left eye) was wrong and they gave me a note to take to my eye doctor for a recheck. Well, the eye doctor's office manager caught the mistake before I had to go in for a recheck. Someone erroneously entered a negative sign, which should have been positive. SO, I drove back to Vision 4 Less and they were waiting for me and treated me so well. What was a stressful situation was made pleasant due to the manager and staff at Vision 4 Less on McArthur Drive in Alexandria LA. I can't give a better rating. They are ALL so professional and good at what they do. Keep up the excellent work!!!

So , the office lady, she gives us masks , and within 5 min she's IMMEDIATELY throwing my husband out for not puttin his up over his mouth. so she leaves the area then comes back, i had lowered my mask while i was speaking to my father, because hes hard of hearing. And GESTAPO GERTRUDE comes up to the glass and says "you HAVE to wear your mask mam." all rude like. and i try to explain my father cant understand me with a mask on because he's hard of hearing. and this woman let out a huge sigh and eye roll that was so offensive. WHO THE F*** do these people think they are? we walked out. If i cant speak to my own father without being hassled by a fucking hypocrital office worker then they wont be getting our patronage. and i will be calling the insurance co to request any charges from them be declined. enough is enough with this bull**** plandemic. River Oaks is much more than an Art Gallery. It's also artist's studios, entertainment space,…read moreeducational space, etc. They offer classes throughout the year. My only complaint regarding the classes is that the children's classes are offered primarily in the summer. We homeschool, and we would love to have access to year-round children's classes. Edited to add: My husband and daughter took a parent-child ceramics class at River Oaks when my daughter was about 2 1/2 years old. She's now 6 1/2 - to my knowledge, they've yet to do another class like that (with younger children). I really wish they'd consider starting parent-child classes again. Both my daughter and husband had a blast and still speak fondly of the time they spent together there.
