Best Price Guarantee? Rubbish! Asked if they do price matching, salesperson said yes. Showed them a competitors price and they said no. They had to be stock at a local store and all this other rubbish, the store in that area was out but there were some available in a neighbouring suburb, and I had one on hold there. They said that it's not part of policy and the "Best price guarantee" was up to their discretion, even though I was on my phone reading it. According to policy, if it's in stock, exactly the same product and I have proof, they should have matched it. They repeatedly said no. So they've lost me as a customer. Rubbish customer service too. Went down the road to The Good Guys, they were very friendly, and after having a look online, they price matched it, I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Their customer service was fantastic.
