Always a long line to check in, SLOW but once you reach a person they are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.. X-ray techs, cast girls, PAC's & Doctors great! Parking makes it a miserable experience. There used to be an awesome security guard BRIAN that met you with a SMILE & a wheel chair kept traffic moving an made it a 5star experience. We miss him. New security guard is hard to find.

I accidentally put a steak knife through my thumb and knew I needed urgent, but not emergent, care. I held firm pressure on the cut and drove myself the 19 miles to IEP. From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. Lucky for me, there was no one waiting. That NEVER happens, especially to me! But Heather checked me in and made me feel so much better about my situation. There was a sign stating that there was only one practitioner working that day, but truly, I was seen in no time, by Ainsleigh, PA extraordinaire!!! She made me feel at ease, as I had never had stitches before. Before long, I was out the door with four stitches and an updated tetanus shot, happy as a clam that I had chosen to come to IEP. If you need an Urgent Care Center, and you are are an understanding person who respects what these lovely people are trying to do for you, even if you have to wait, please give this place a try.

I was a extremely drugged but I do remember my IV nurse Gertrude (I think) something with a "G" and my anesthesiologist Dr. Double, and my recovery nurse Tammy, being the greatest. Gertrude got my IV in with no problem and just talked to me. Dr. Double laughed with me and made me feel so relaxed. I was super nauseated after I woke up and Tammy was very patient and didn't rush me to do anything.

I went to other PT practices before both for my hip and to watch PT on my parents, and today's level of care was exceptional. Marco described how hips are structured and 'should' work and then exactly what my hip is doing instead that makes it hurt so much. He explained each action's goal and impact to my hip, and why it will help. Nobody ever told me those things before. And he also made sure I could actually feel it, which helped further my understanding. I could not be happier and I look forward to my next appointments. The check-in process was very easy and efficient as was the checkout and scheduling of next appointments. My sister read a book in the lobby during my appointment and commented after we left that the staff was very nice to all the people waiting.

My PT'S, John and Taylor were extremely knowledgeable about my condition, supportive and responsive to my input, and tailored a rehab program that in 3 months had restored my ability to perform several every day physical tasks that I had significant difficulty with.
