You can find some great buys, keyword Find. Not all of the items are in working order as many are Costco returns. However, I have purchased a garment steamer and ninja blender for way cheaper than retail and both have been in good working order and they still work. This place is great for clothing too. Just make sure you are buying something unbroken, with appliances it's difficult, because you can't test them out, but some items are worth the risk since the price is right. Heard this place sells costco items for 1/2 the price. They do sell costco items but they are more expensive and damaged. Customer service also plays a huge role so when I walk into your store you don't great me as I walk in or when you are ringing me up you are showing me just how much you DON't value me as a customer. I was a regular customer and used to like coming here, until today. First off, the people who shop here now are rude and have no concept of personal space. Second, I had my two small children with me, one is 5years old the other is 4 months old. I had the baby in a stroller and obviously no hands available to carry out what was in the cart my oldest was pushing. The cashier rang me up, I paid and she just left all my items on the counter. I asked for a bag and she said that it would be .15 cents! I would've paid for it if she would've had proper customer service skills and asked if I needed one while ringing up my purchase. Now I am frustrated at this point so I put everything in the stroller and head out. Finally, on my way out there is an old white woman asking me to see my receipt.....um, you just watched me pay for my items, so no, you cannot see my receipt! What does she do? She follows me out to the parking lot, I told her if she is accusing me of stealing she needs to call the police. Legally store policy or not they do not have the right to ask to see your receipt unless you pay a membership fee, which you do not at this place. A quick search of legal advice on Google revealed that if a store has no evidence that you've stolen anything, you don't have to show your receipt unless it's a membership store like Sam's Club or Costco. In those cases, you permit them to check your receipts as part of the membership agreement you sign. I will NEVER go back! This place went downhill fast! They try to charge you close to the same prices for damaged goods that you would pay buying it new Costco! They really need to work on customer service skills and train their employees on the California Laws. read more

I went to this store and saw six, brown recliner chairs with a sale tag stating, "$149.99 as-is" listed on each one. I found a power cord tucked into the side of one of the chairs, I called for help to one of the workers to see if we could plug them in to test them. The sales person said that all 6 were broken - but could not tell me what part was not working. I then called for a manager and this little guy showed up with a serious attitude and commenced to tell me - "you were told already - twice - that all the chairs do not work and they are sold as-is". I asked him if he could plug them in and he about list his mind, not even attempting to get a cord to satisfy my curiosity about all 6 chairs. Even this clown couldn't tell me exactly what was wrong with each chair. At the end of the day, I left the store very dissatisfied about the whole event and wondered to myself, why do people have to be so unprofessional and rude at others. I just had a few basic questions about a potential purchase and got treated like I was incompetent or a transient. If the Manager had the foresight to know ahead of time that these chairs were in-op, then why not disclose that on the sales tag and NOT waste mine or others time in possibly buying junk or broken merchandise. LMAO! This place is equivalent to Amazon. If Amazon was all open box/damaged box. They had TVs that were going for two dollars less than Amazon. They were just on the shelf with no box. Who knows the condition. They had coffee makers they normally retail at $139, priced at $135. Some of them had boxes, some of them didn't. My take away from this place, you can miss it. Just a business telling you they give you wholesale prices and when you get there it's a complete lie. I don't listen to me, go there and see for yourself. The employees there are not very friendly. My dad had an exchange for different size never used the items it was passed the 7 day time frame. We had to go out of state for a family emergency something that no one has control of. The gentleman that was there was very rude and not helpful at all. When I told him why he didn't go before he basically told me that it was not his problem that he didn't care that policy said 7 days and you wouldn't reason with him. Instead of trying to talk to his boss no he just kept repeating himself. I think the gentleman was unprofessional when we just had a death in the family. read more

Went to ask the owner about a carpet shampoo machine that was marked 49.99 and one that was marked 69.99 asked him what the deference was and he said they were both 69.99 even though there is 4 other ones marked the same price 49.99 he would not honor that price and started pulling the price tags all the other unit. on the return policy... I bought an electric fan (open item) for $29.95, I check it first to make sure it's working properly & it was fine on everything but after 2-weeks the fan died on me, so I try to just exchange for the same item (have the receipt) but they said they cannot do the exchange bec. It's only 7-days return policy...what?! 7-days only, I will understand if at least 30-days or more, right? so $29.95 down the drain & ended up keeping a dead & broken fan. We purchased a $499 bunk bed set for a our kids that Hasco had listed on Craigslist. The listing said (exact word for word) that the bed was: "*BRAND NEW-COMPLETE IN ORIGINAL OPEN BOX*". While in the store, my husband asked the sales associate if there was ANYTHING wrong with the bed and he claimed that "all the boxes were opened and checked for damages. We purchased the bed on his word, and had to make two trips to the store to get it home. After the first trip we opened the first box and discovered that a large piece of the bed was broken. My husband went back to the store to let them know and they offered to give us a $20 discount for the cost to repair the piece. I picked up the rest of the bed. When we got home and opened that box, there was another damaged piece. I just figured I was going to have to repair this one as well. They do have a 7 day Exchange Policy, but this was the only bed. Nothing to exchange for. Today I looked at craigslist again and low and behold, they had the exact listing AGAIN for the same bed. My husband called first to see if they had the bed in stock and they said yes. When he asked to exchange the bed or at least the parts, they refused. It went from, "i'll gve you another $20 off, to I'll give you a refund for store credit, to they don't have the bed anymore, to the same parts might be damaged" I know this is a liquidation center and some of the stuff they get is going to be damaged, but we made the mistake of taking someone for their word that all the parts are checked. If you are looking for smaller priced items, this place might have some good deals. I would avoid larger ticket items where they only have one in stock. And check things out thoroughly. On 2/27/2020 I purchased thru OfferUp a box of Vintage Tide 254 oz sold by you. I saw this sale on E-Bay and purchased it with my debit card. I got an "Order Completed" notification. On 3/1/2020 I was notified that OfferUp that a reminder had been sent to the seller to send my purchase ASAP. This reminder was repeated on 3/2/2020 On 3/2/2020 I was checking on the status of my purchase and could not remember the password, so I had to change it. I was notified that OfferUp noted the password change. On 3/4/2020 I was notified by OfferUp that my purchase had been cancelled without any reason given and that my money had been refunded. I asked if changing my password had anything to do with the purchase being cancelled. The reply was that the situation was being investigated. On 3/5/2020 I e-mailed and stated that I was still very much interested in the purchase and was there any chance that I would ever receive the Vintage Tide? My satisfaction with this purchase has been very poor. If I had been told by you (Hasco) that, sorry supplies ran out or Opps! we never intended the AD, anything would have been better that just "Cancelled" leaving me to wonder. I've been here quite a few times. you really need to inspect what you buy here because they do not refund your money, even if the product they sell is missing pieces. At best, you get a credit, but here's the catch. The credit is only valid for 30 days? I've never hear of such a thing. Is that even legal? In any case, I wouldn't spend a large sum of money on some of their more expensive items because of this policy. If you're looking to save some money on some slightly damaged or slightly used stuff, this it the place to go, but don't go here expecting quality products though. read more

The store is ok. Yes most of their items are from Costco and Sam's Club. Most of the food items have expired or close to it. The packages are damaged or opened. Their clothing is mostly open. Costco does not put return items back on the floor. They return them to the vendor. The vendor is selling to the these type of stores. Some items are cheaper than Costco and Sam's but not worth it when the items will be on sale eventually. They do have some good items. I have purchased furniture and clothing from them. Then there is their return policy. FINAL SALE, No returns, No refunds, No exchange, No exceptions. You can now exchange within 7 days with a receipt. If you are looking for an item you missed at Costco or Sam's, it's a good place to find it but shop wisely. Not good if you change your mind. read more

Lots of great deals and good find. They have really good deals on memory foam pillows which cost anywhere from 50 to about $100 in store I got them for $20-$24.00. If you are going to buy any kind of small kitchen appliances I suggest opening it up and taking a good look at it to make sure that is not a used return. They will open the boxes at the register for you if you request them to do so. Got myself a really nice dinner said called Mikasa along with decorative pillows for my bedroom.
