First, the truck is hard to find but they said they are on social media. This day it was cleverly parked outside a bar that i dont think serves food. Drunk people want food. The owners of this truck are exceptionally nice and helpful people. The sandwich i had came on about a 7" french roll. That and the mayo and pate were pretty tasty. Unfortunately, there wasnt much for veggies on the sandwich and i thought thats kind of what makes a Bahn Mi special. Also the other pork roll type meat had this ring of gelatin/fat that I personally found unappetizing. My friend said she didnt mind it at all. She also had the Pho and the casaba cake and thought they were ok. Again, not great, ok. Give this place a try for sure as it is unique and one of only two places in Morgantown to get this sandwich.

It comes with garlic toast. The flavor was very good but the preparation could be tweaked. I thought my noodles could be cooked more and my toast didn't seem like it was freshly toasted, seemed a little softish. It's worth trying there interesting flavors.

We get rolls shipped to us from time to time - this last time we had some difficulty getting them and it took a few weeks to receive them. I think the business owner should probably cut off online sales if they are not staffed in order to fill those orders. That being said, I wish them the best!

That answer made no sense for a customer just trying to know the hours. Then she asked, "Were you the guy that called last week?" which came off rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I said no, and the whole interaction felt disrespectful for no reason. If your hours vary, then update them clearly instead of talking down to customers who are just asking a basic question. The way they speak to people is enough to make me not want to come back.
