HAM, SPINACH & CHEDDAR
Traci J.

First time customer. Received a warm greeting & seated right away on a late Sun morning. Cute Halloween decorations made restaurant festive. Our orders took especially long, but the food made up for the wait! Delicious! French Toast with eggs & bacon and Ham, cheese & veggies scramble. The biscuit with homemade jelly was the best part of my meal! Yum!

Banana latte.. looks so good but was ok. Too sweet.

We are here twice while we were staying Henderson because it was close to our hotel. They're menu seems really hyped up- there are some unique drinks and dishes. It's one of those where you want to try everything. However, the food is not as great as it seems. Tried the biscuits and gravy and it was kind of bland. That dish is huge and can be shared. The kids churro waffle was nothing special, just a waffle with cinnamon on it. Also tried the breakfast burrito which was actually tasty but the menu says it's a big burrito, but it is very small and overpriced. It is pretty loud and busy on a Saturday morning for brunch. Thankfully it is a large restaurant so there's plenty of seating and they also take reservations on OpenTable. They do have nice presentation with their dishes.. but I would not really recommend it if you want some really yummy food.

Chicken and waffles enough for 3 really

Let me start by saying that Phoenix is a friendly town and you need to bring one here! Honestly loved it all from the coffee to our huge chicken and waffle breakfast to my dessert waffle. Come hungry and leave happy!!

Portions are gigantic! They definitely leave you feeling full. Prices are moderate. I'd say about $20 to $25 per person. I had the chorizo scramble and it hit the hunger spot. Great flavor but I did ask for more hot sauce. Oppose to giving you the bottle of hot sauce they give you a side cup. I had to ask for three for our table.

Love it so much . Just get everything, whatever you get, gonna be great. The Benedict sauce is it good enough to drink out of a cup.

This was my first time here and because of the situation our group was splitting tickets so I have no doubt that we were annoying the server but she kept her cool. The restaurant is decorated nicely and seems clean but it is darker inside. The price is average to high and the portions are good. I enjoyed my food except the weird giant croutons that are not croutons lol! Everyone else seemed to like it. I don't know if I'd go out of my way but it was a nice experience with good company. I would definitely say this place looks like it would be great for a breakfast loving carb loader!

First time here, parking was very accessible. My guest and I were seated immediately. The waiter was friendly and welcoming. Seating was spacious and booth was comfortable. The menu was full of options and had decent specialty drinks you could choose from. Food was delicious and filling. I enjoyed the biscuits. This place was official and i would recommend anyone to come here for a good brunch.

Wife and I decided to give this place a try for thanksgiving brunch. Was generally happy we did. I got the Turkey dinner and my wife got a Sage Chicken salad. Not sure I should judge it solely by the turkey dinner or the salad, since it's pretty clear what Hash House does best is brunch fare. Either way, I was glad we could grab an early relatively traditional thanksgiving meal in a place that wasn't too packed. Should clarify at this point that Hash House a Go Go is strictly breakfast and lunch - no dinner. With that said, the turkey meal was decent. I'm not going to say it was too remarkable, although the green beans were the star of the show. Price was okay but maybe a little high for what was offered. My wife's salad was pretty noteworthy. She got a small salad, but we believe it still had the same amount of meat as large - it was a good value for the price. I gotta imagine doing their regular menu (which was an option but I had to check "thanksgiving dinner" off the list) would have been more exciting. Unless something's changed from when I went to a different location a few years ago. Still, the food came out quickly and the server was patient with all our questions and deliberation. Speaking of, service was solid. The manager stopped by to check in and we chatted for a few minutes. Seems very down to earth and interested in our thoughts on what we wouldn't mind seeing next year around. May not make this a thanksgiving tradition every year, but pretty confident we'll be back.

Sage chicken salad (small)

** THANKSGIVING REVIEW ** Came here for Thanksgiving, since they were open and had a reasonably priced platter. It wasn't well advertised on the website, but I was able to call and confirm they were serving it (you never know with the holidays). It came with turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and gravy. Turkey was decent, but the green beans were the star of the show for sure. I think a few years ago, they had other thanksgiving items too, like a turkey burger. I guess they didn't sell as well, so this year they had just the platter. I do hope they experiment and bring some other items back. I liked how you could order off the regular menu, too, which I did. I was able to get a sage chicken salad, which comes with a biscuit (how amusing since a salad is normally so healthy). Even the small salad was a good size, but I hear the large salads are even bigger. However, it sounded like the meat portion was the same on either size, so I just opted for the small. When I called, they warned me there might be a lot of crowds, so I made a reservation over the phone. My reservation was easy to change, and it ended up not being as crazy as I was expecting, but it's good to be prepared. I think crowds are hard to predict for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately this place is open for brunch hours, so if you wanted a thanksgiving dinner here, this would not be the place. Service was great otherwise and any issues were resolved in a timely manner.

We wanted to grab breakfast and of course we had to pick Hash house go go. This was the first time that we've been to this location and everything went smoothly. Customer service was great. Food again is delicious and great presentation. Portions are huge definitely shareable The vibe is always great. I highly recommend people at least trying this once while they're out in the area

We came today for brunch, and it was nothing short of fantastic! My wife, daughter, and I all left with full stomachs! I opted for the corned beef hash, which our wonderful server Nicole highly recommended. Nicole was extremely informative and we had to tell her that her knowledge of the menu and overall service was impressive. She mentioned that they make the corned beef in-house, and I'm so glad I took her advice--it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. My wife ordered a scramble and was able to fully customize it, and she couldn't stop raving about how well everything was cooked. But the real winner was my daughter's chicken and waffles. She said it was her favorite brunch dish ever, and honestly, it looked and tasted amazing. We also decided to share a blueberry pancake, and it was incredible--just the right amount of sweetness and perfectly fluffy. The manager, Louise, came out to touch the table as well and she was so pleasant- such a pleasure to talk to. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend this spot for a great brunch experience! Thanks @Nicole for a wonderful time! Nice to chat about Seinfeld with a fellow seinfeld-buff lol

I always thought this place was a little overrated but I had a great meal! We came on a Sunday around 10am, I put my name on the waitlist just incase. We walked in with a few people in front of us but they quickly sat all of us without waiting. I got a vanilla latte and it was great, I should've got that banana latte. My boyfriend said he likes the chicken and waffles so he decided to try the next best looking item he hadn't tried, the fried chicken Benedict. He said the sauce was delicious and a little spicy. He was sooo full afterwards. I got the egg scramble and it just felt under cooked. I like the avocado mixed with the scramble egg just made a texture I did not love. It tastes good, the potatoes lacked flavor, but the home made jam and biscuit was amazing! I would return again!

Tiramisu iced coffee

Came here for brunch while waiting for some work to be done on my car. as soon as we walked in, we were seated. The waiter came to get his drinks and gave us time to get our orders. As crowded as it was inside, there was no wait so, that was good. My husband got Chilaquiles and I had got their limited time special grilled cheese with tomato bisque. Also, my husband had got the mango mimosa and I tried their iced tiramisu coffee. Everything was so good portions were huge. We both have leftovers and the presentation of our plates looked so nice and you could tell they take their time into making every dish. We even had the people sitting next to us, ask what we ordered because it looked so good and tasted some much better. I like how their menu has breakfast and lunch items. they serve breakfast all day .our waiter did phenomenal, to make sure we were good and had everything we needed. And it's not expensive here and I can't wait to come back and try more! This is a perfect place to go with family for a good breakfast and lunch option

.......1st impression are everlasting! This was our first…read moretime having breakfast at Peg's. We saw the reviews on Yelp and most of them were positive. She had the vegan skillet breakfast w/water. Served in a huge stainless steel platter, the portions are generous. Crispy brown hash browns, fresh pinto beans, cabbage coleslaw, grits and warm tortillas (in a steaming pot). The vegan flavors excited her "discriminating" palate!! I asked her how her dish was? She responded with a "when can we come back here?!" (See pic) I ordered the Hawaiian breakfast. Two eggs scrambled, Portuguese sausage, spam, a scoop of white rice, a scoop of macaroni salad, pineapple ring w/strawberry (see pic). Hawaiian style food is imitated....and rarely duplicated outside of Hawaii. For example, the best way to cook Portuguese sausage is to grill it on a gas grill like Liliha Bakery does!! The sausage is seared (not burnt, not dry) but sweating, with juicy flavors and beautiful black charred strips!!! OMG! My mouth is watering thinking about this!! Anyway...back to Peg's...here the sausage and spam are deep fried which creates a drier and as a bit tougher experience. The macaroni salad here is the best I've ever had "outside Hawaii." When you take a scoop of it into your mouth....the flavor and texture of the moist mayonnaise mixture will "titillate and explode!!" lol! No but seriously...for the braddahs & sistas....one taste and you will be "hooked." In general, not bad. The restaurant was clean. Tables wiped and not sticky. Decor was simple and progressive. (It works!). Layout of floor plan was modern. Service is great! The staff acknowledges you upon arrival. They seat you promptly. Our food order didn't take long to arrive at our table. Our waitress checked on us and refilled our drinks. Peg's is a "keeper ". We will be back for more!

We chose Pegs due to its convenient location close to the freeway. There was no wait for our table of five just after 12pm on a Saturday. The service was quick and super friendly. One of our friends had just finished a triathlon and we had been at the lake since 6am, so we were all pretty hungry, especially him. The coffee was fresh and delicious and my cup was never empty! The portions are a good size, which suits the prices. I ordered a Denver omelet, which was good. I subbed the hash browns for the "seasoned tots" but would definitely skip as the tots were not seasoned except for maybe just salt. Not worth the upcharge when the hashbrowns tasted just fine. They have unlimited toast with the breakfasts, which is cool and they start you off with just one slice. Our friend ordered the club sandwich which looked really good and I will be excited to try it next time! Enjoy, even on the weekend!

Pink Duck Kitchen is a local Filipino-American fusion brunch restaurant that has maintained solid Yelp ratings and recently garnered a spot on the Las Vegas Review-Journal's Top 100 restaurants of 2025. Seeing as how it's the last Henderson spot which I hadn't tried, I decided to rectify that oversight today. I was thinking breakfast at first, but the Lamb Sandwich ($17.99) caught my eye. After clarifying the form of protein with the server, I said yes to this offering. I'm glad I did because it's a stunner. To start with, the bun is nice and soft. The pulled lamb is so tender and surprisingly free from gamy flavor, and whatever it's braised in does so much work making it irresistibly tasty. Then the tzatziki creaminess, tomato umaminess, and even the banana pepper tanginess really round out the flavors. Even the cucumber slices are perfectly portioned to add some crispiness and flavor. Fries come with the sandwich. I was hesitant since they were thick and also very brown. Fortunately, they were soft and fluffy inside, and there was enough crisp from the potato skins. They were actually a little undersalted too, but when I finally flagged down the server for some ketchup, I unlocked the code. The fries are just about perfect with a healthy amount of that Heinz goodness. I did get a bite of breakfast though. My friend's Ube Pancakes ($14.99) were cited as a dish to try on that top 100 list, and I can see why. There's plenty of ube flavor, and a good balance of a lightly crispy exterior and soft interior. The fresh mango and berries were a great touch, as was the whipped cream on the side. I'll have to have a full dish for myself one day. It wasn't as packed when we arrived as I was anticipating; I guess Sunday brunch invites a late-morning crowd though, since it started filling up. Music was top 40 stuff and not too loud. Really my only issue was the water not being ice cold. I've gotta come back to Pink Duck Kitchen since they have such a fun variety on their menu and they're one of the closest interesting restaurants to my side of town. If you live across town, it's actually drive-worthy for that lambwich alone.

We arrived at 11am, and while the vibe inside was lively and the decor was really cool (modern with Pink Duck vibes), we hit a bit of a snag right away. Despite seeing several empty tables, we were told there'd be about a 15-minute wait. Honestly, that was a little frustrating, especially when you're hungry and can clearly see open spots. We almost considered trying somewhere else, but decided to stick it out. And I'm so glad we did, because from the moment we were seated, the service was absolutely stellar! Our server, gave us great recommendations and made sure our drinks were always full. The rest of the staff we interacted with were equally friendly and efficient, they really turned the initial annoyance around. The fusion dishes here aren't just creative for creativity's sake; they're genuinely well-executed and thoughtfully balanced. $15.99 Fried Chicken & Ube Waffle - This was my dish, loved it. $16.99 Banana Nut Bread French Toast with Carmelized "Banana Cue" We went family style on this and I would order again. $16.99 Pork Belly Burger $15.99 Breakfast Burrito Everything felt fresh, vibrant, and celebrated both Filipino and American culinary traditions without either overpowering the other. The creativity in combining these flavors was executed well. I'd definitely visit Pink Duck again to sample more interesting dishes I saw on the menu. Mabuhay!

Pizza Bites were like a little crispy, buttery bites of a perfectly baked pepperoni pizza. The Cheese Sticks were crisp, hot with an exceptional cheese pull. The Chicken Strips were divine. The outside is crispy but not hard - more like a buttery crispy crust surrounding a firm and tender chicken strip just waiting for some honey mustard dip. We also had the Smash Burgers - one with pepper jack cheese and one with American cheese. First let's talk about the toasted brioche bun. When you dive into this burger the toasted brioche bun envelopes the meat and cheese (and any other veggies and sauce) and sort of arrives in your mouth ready to deliver something so delicious your stomach is going to thank you. The Chef pairs this delicious sandwich with a garlic aioli that's going to make you see this is how a smash burger is supposed to taste. We finished off our visit with the Concha Ice Cream Sandwich and a piece of NY Style Cheesecake. It was as expected sensational. What makes this place so special? I believe it's the quiet and cozy atmosphere (everyone is chowing down on the delicious food) and of course the dedication this family has to providing a delicious meal using quality ingredients as well as a desire to offer each customer a wonderful dining experience. Our server was Kelani and she was fantastic. We met the owner - on a Sunday afternoon working in the trenches with his team. I think it says a lot when the boss gets involved and makes the rounds asking customers about their experience while in his culinary care. Will we be back? Absolutely yes! We love supporting our local family businesses and next I'm even buying the t-shirt!

They give you the option of red or green sauce or the option for half and half which is what he chose. The salsa verde was good and the right blend of tomatillos, green chiles and everything else. It was not overly spicy but just the right amount of kick to let you know there was some heat in there and he tried the pepper that it came with but it was out of his spice range. The salsa Roja was flavorful but it had a little more kick than some of the other chilaquiles I've had but It complimented everything else. The chorizo was fresh and made onsite. Worst of all, we realized once we got to the restaurant, our pre-order on their website had a 20% up charge for to-go orders. A to-go order that I picked up. They said door dash charges the fees but nowhere does it say it on the site. Disappointing. A $16.50 burrito became $20, etc.

Wow what a pleasant surprise! I love restaurants that are so unassuming but are so good. My…read moregirlfriends and I were looking for a breakfast place close to a sewing studio we were going to that afternoon that also had a decent selection of vegan and vegetarian options. We were greeted right away and led to our booth. He took our drink orders while we waited for the rest of our party, and once they arrived, we were told about their cinnamon rolls. 2 people in our party were vegan so we skipped it, but I will be trying it when we come back. I got the orange juice to drink and the french toast with a side of grits (because I feel like it's rare to find a place that does just straight grits in Vegas). Orange juice was a good size for the price, and the side of grits was a hefty portion, I was super excited for that. The french toast had cream and fresh berries on top. The french toast was soaked and griddled to perfection, thick bread that takes on the moisture very well. And the berries kick it up a notch! They have a good selection of vegan and vegetarian food, which our friends loved! When we finished up, we were offered complimentary cookies. They were warm and sooooo good! The service here was phenomenal. Our waitress was so nice and we were having quite a laugh with her, we had a great time. It wasn't too busy in here and this place is kind of tucked away, but more people need to check it out! I will absolutely be coming back to try a savory breakfast along with that cinnamon roll!

Just like it says on the outside: JUST GOOD FOOD…read more Zenaida's Cafe is very unassuming, not much too look at from the outside. I'd call it a medium size venue with a decent amount of seating. Most definitely has that mom and pop, small business vibe to it, along with that old fashioned diner feel. You don't have to worry about parking, the lot in the plaza has plenty of spaces. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. #JUSTGOODFOOD: ~ HOUSE SPECIALTIES: JERK CHICKEN HASH - 3.5/5 Thought I'd give this a try. To me it was more like 3 *** rounded up to 3.5 **** While the dish was tasty, and prepared just like I ordered. There was hardly any "Jerk Chicken" just a few pieces of shredded chicken underneath. If this had more "Jerk Chicken" it would be a 4.5 ***** in my book. ~ Complimentary Chocolate Chip Cookie - 5/5 This was RIDICULOUS! They present you with a complimentary Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert when you are done. The Cookie has a good amount of Chocolate Chips and had a thin layer of something on top, possibly condensed Milk. AMAZING! Soft, warm, gooey, chewy... basically a perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie. I would buy this by the dozen! I'd come back...
