I order "The best freaking Birria Hash and the classic waffle; & Ube Matcha Latte (seasonal drink) which was amazing. MY friend ordered the Brunch Sandwich which looked awesome. deep dive deets: The birria Hash, was way more potatoes than hash, it was better describe as lightly smushed baby potatoes, which was way more than the birria. -1 This Birria had a tad fat on it, not the kind of birria I'm use to. I did asked and was told that their's no fat. However, it wasn't much to complain about. (-1 uncooked onions could've been on the side) -1 I requested NO ice in my matcha, and ice on the side. I received a glass full, and when I received my replacement without ice, it was half a glass. Something about measurements. Came here to say for a Brunch and Jam session, and that is exactly what happened! You can't make reservations, so some of the crew showed up a little early to snag a table. They have definitely turned it around from the first time I visited. Now this is my go to place after a good workout on the weekends for the very tasty power bowl and cappuccino and great service. Came here for the first time for a birthday brunch party for 18 ladies on a Friday morning and it was great. The food is delicious. Everything was great, the staff was friendly. The waiters service could have been a little bit better but once we ordered everything went well except for the drinks which he never refilled. Food came out quickly and everything tasted awesome. I came here for a quick weekday brunch. The food was just okay - I wouldn't return specifically for it. Here's what we tried: Main chick hash - a thin layer of cornbread in a skillet with small potatoes and topped with two eggs and 5 chicken wings. The chicken was crispy and juicy but had no hot honey flavor. The cornbread was also a bit dry. This dish would have been better with some maple syrup or hot honey. Biscuits and gravy - biscuits were yummy, a little dense but in a good way, needed more sausage and gravy as there was only enough for the top layer of biscuit, had nice flavor though Matcha latte - would not recommend, color was off and tasted like very sweet oat milk with no matcha flavor at all The service was good; food came out in a reasonable time and the waitress was sweet. Hash Kitchen is new, hip, and honestly one of the best breakfast spots I've tried in Pearland so far. I ordered the Coconut French Toast, and you get two huge slices. It is definitely Sharable. The flavor coconutty with lots of coconut shavings. You might get some flavoring fatigue and need to add some syrup. I've also tried their protein pancakes and a few other dishes, and everything has been consistently good .The place has a bar which is great for after work And hanging out with friends for brunch. We had the build you own bloody marry and really went to town with all the skewers. The meatballs were my favorite. I'm really picky about bloody Mary's so I wasn't expecting to love the drink but holy crap it was so good! I'd come back for the bloody Mary's alone. I also had the s'mores latte. Visited the Pearland location on 07/06/26 for the first time with my family. While the food was good and our server, Louis, was friendly, professional, and attentive, the restaurant's cleanliness was disappointing. There was food on the floor, dirty tables, and even the bar area appeared unclean. I noticed the servers were responsible for taking orders, delivering food, bussing tables, and cleaning the dining area. It was clear they were overworked and doing their best, but the lack of support staff negatively affected the overall dining experience. I appreciate Louis's excellent service, but I don't plan to return because the restaurant appears understaffed, which impacts both cleanliness and customer service. read more

It was balanced, sweet, and a good sized drink. If you like fruity drinks, definitely order this one. My boyfriend had the peanut butter mudslide and he really enjoyed it too. Honestly, there were so many cocktails that sounded so good, it was difficult to choose just one. Unfortunately, there were some elements of the food that fell a little short. My boyfriend and I shared the fried chicken Benedict and the birria hash. The egg on the Benedict was way overcooked, it was basically a hard boiled egg. I prefer my egg runny to begin with, but this egg overall made the dish dry. The fried chicken was well seasoned and the biscuit was really good. I eventually just took the egg off and made a chicken biscuit sandwich. I liked the Birria hash better. The consome was really good. I was dipping my hashbrown from the benedict in it. It wasn't spicy so keep that in mind if you prefer spicy dishes. I would've preferred the meat be cooked into the quesadilla, but all of the elements by themselves in the dish were great. I didn't have the eggs, although they looked overcooked as well. I will still put this on my list of brunch places to revisit. When asking the hostess how much longer she expected, I was met with inconvenience and attitude. The place is jammed packed. Tables are close together. For a waiter to serve you or pour drinks, they are often in the way of another table (not their fault). They have a live DJ blaring music, which was an interesting vibe for Sunday brunch. The food was the worst part. My eggs were overcooked and the hash browns made McDonald's hash browns look good. Nothing here was really good. Service sucked. Food was nasty. We arrived and checked in with the hostess at the 45 min mark and the hostess said that it would be another 15-20 min. I asked what was the purpose of online waitlist if we have to wait longer when we arrive and she said that it just moves you to the top of the waitlist. Fifteen minutes later she sat us at a table. The ambiance in the restaurant is borderline Sunday Funday. There is a DJ and the music is moderately loud. At least you can still hear the person sitting next to or across from you, but doubtable if they're down the table on the other side. There's a lot of interesting flavors of mimosas that they offer such as blackberry, kiwi, peach and passion fruit. I asked the waitress if it was possible to choose my own flavors for the flight and she said no because they are premade. That's a bummer because it was regular flavors that I've had before and I wanted to try the new flavors (orange, strawberry, raspberry and blackberry). I opted for a single glass of the kiwi mimosa and I loved it. They have a lot of yummy brunch options. I went with the Chicken Tinga Scrambler. I enjoyed the eggs and chicken. I am not a fan that this restaurant serves hash brown patties that I could get at the frozen section of H‑E‑B. I would rather breakfast potatoes. Our waitress came by often but it took her a while to bring things we asked for like ketchup and another set of utensils that was missing from the table. First time at this restaurant, 6/28/2026. The decor was nice however the music and heavy base was way too loud! We traveled a long way to visit my daughter and her family and we were trying to have a nice conversation with her and her kids and I couldn't even hear what the person next to me was saying. Although I enjoyed the food, due to a lack of employees, you are going to be neglected. You are going to be forgotten and something is going to go wrong with your food, so even though the food has potential to be great if it never comes out because you're one server is working the entire spaced out restaurant alone, with multiple tables, some parties small, some parties large, there's going to be a problem. I also did not like the fact that my server was complaining that he was alone and was pre-apologizing for his horrible service before we even got started. So that's when I already knew it was gonna be an issue, but I went to try the beignets which were ok. I didn't realize they were fried Oreos. Very overwhelming. They come with 3, I could not finish one. The French toast was good, but of course they were out of compotes so I had to get plain French toast. The French toast was massive. That is also shareable. I enjoyed the hash brown, and the overall restaurant was very open and bright. If you do go, I would say try to choose a day or time right when they open before anyone comes in and make sure you already know what you're going to order so everything can get all the food put in at the same time so you're not waiting for food or having to let the server disappear and forget what you asked for like what happened with me. The eggs originally came out over hard, which I have to have adjusted. No big deal and they did it very quickly. Loved it. Where my issue for this one comes up is that the tacos were oily and floppy. I would like to see the tacos. Have some crisp to them and some carbon on the sides. They did not. They looked like rubbery to. The taste was there but the texture was missing. And if I'm supposed to be stacking things on top of my taco to eat like the meat, eggs and potatoes, I can't do that holding the taco. I have to cut my taco up in two small squares which isn't necessarily how I like to eat my tacos. Maybe I'm being a little too too nitpicky but that would be one thing that could make that really really really good plate better. crispy tacos. You will love this plate regardless. Has# Fried Chicken Benedict The gal went with this one. Again, a huge plate which I absolutely love getting my money's worth. The biscuit delicious flaky and fluffy. The chicken, crispy flavorful tender. Where we lost on this one was there was not a plethora of Hollandaise sauce, and the egg came out hard boiled. I actually had to drink water in order to swallow that. If the egg was poached appropriately this would have been a perfect entree. Maybe that was a one-off, but benedicts ain't cheap and we want what we wan, when and how we want it. The egg should always be runny when poached, unless ordered otherwise. We really enjoyed this experience. Our waitress was Luna and she did a fantastic job. I can't ever put shade towards the service staff for what's happening in the kitchen. And for that matter, the kitchen did a great job with just a couple of items that could definitely raise the bar a little higher from an already lofty spot. The music distracted us for a while and then we snapped back to reality and realized we still did not get our food or libations. Outside of that the food was pretty good. The portion size was nice for the price. Flavor wise I had a single sweet cream pancake and it was good but nothing special not super fluffy but not terribly thin either. I had the chilaquiles with the green sauce. The portion size was really big and could have been shared but I was being greedy. It did need some hot sauce I'm not gonna lie, but they had different options and I opted for Cholula. I would order it again. My husband wanted a certain French toast but they were out of it so he got the one with coconut on it. The slices were really big and could have been shared also. He also had a piece of chicken he ordered separately. My daughter had the Canadian bacon, hash brown, Belgian waffles , and an iced coffee (forgot which flavor). I tasted it and it was pretty good but not as sweet as it appeared to look. My husband and I had the mimosa flight. They weren't labeled so couldn't tell between 2 flavors what they were supposed to be. The menu has a large selection to choose from so I will come back to try something else. read more

Fantastic place! The food was outrageous- that billionaire bacon is seriously the best damn bacon I've ever had. You could make a meal out of just that! I had such a hard time deciding on an entree but finally went with the carnitas hash because that "coca cola braised" aspect was too intriguing. That meat was beyond decadent. It fell apart perfectly and tasted incredible. The whole rest of the dish was tasty as all fluck too. Tried the orange, passion fruit, blackberry and strawberry mimosas- all were great but I enjoyed the passion fruit and strawberry best. Then I made the excellent decision to build my own bloody for dessert. So feckin good! They have so many options for add-ins and even the base choices are a-plenty. Very generous portions for fair prices all around. Leslie was our waitress and she was outstanding. She was so genuinely friendly and REAL with us- nothing faked or forced. It was so refreshing. Yummmm! Yum! Yum!! This place is cool and is an influencer's dream. I'm not an influencer, but I imagine it would be... Lol. There are photos opportunities everywhere you turn. Location: In a new Shopping Center in Pearland on 518 a bit past the shopping center with Total Wine, etc. Best to GPS it so you won't pass it up. Parking: Since this is a shopping center there is shared parking. Although they are still building, you pretty much have free reign to pak wherever. However, that may change as the other businesses open up! We shall see! Service: We got there at noon on a weekday and had about a 30-minute wait. Not as bad as when I attempted to go mid-morning on a Sunday, so we toughed it out. The good thing is is that they have water outside for all who are waiting. Our Table Host was plenty busy... you could tell she was giving us space to decide and to eat, but at times felt she gave us a bit too much space. After a while, we just grabbed anyone's attention to assist us. Food: We ordered a variety of foods: -Caritas Hash (9/10 - would recommend) -Chicken Parm Hash (6/10- was just okay) -Birra Nachos Hash (10/10-Would recommend) -Almond Coconut French Toast (2/10- Not the correct bread or ratio for French Toast, but it was pretty dry. I took it home and it still took me a while to finish it. I think I ended up throwing away the crusty crust). Ambiance: Is it shot o-clock over there cuz it is over herrrrreeeee? Shot shot shot shot shot shot... Everybody!!! I love this party!! I don't want to go home, but they close at 2p, so I gotta! Will I go back! Uhhh yeah! They have a live DJ, even during the week. I've been waiting to get here for some time. There are plenty of parking spotts but hardly any parking for Sunday brunch because the lot is shared with other resturants and they were all busy. This spot is a vibe with the dj playing some good mixed music for the crowd. The service was pretty decent. The thick bacon was good but I've had better. The burrito was really good.
