He never looked at the ankle/foot (I'm hoping he looked at the X-ray). I asked if I needed to stay on crutches (he said no), asked if I should do some exercises for the muscles, ligaments, tendons in those 7 weeks (he told me no). I was billed $279 for this 10 minutes of advice I cancelled my follow up. Went to another doctor and was told exercise was important (which is what I had read online) and was told that the sprain would heal roughly along the same timeline but it would take a full year for the bone to be 100%. It would also take significant time to get my muscle/tendon strength back. This doctor actually examined my ankle and gave me exercises to do.

They continue to bill for the same charge that's already been paid. Check their Better Business Bureau (BBB) ratings and reviews, even the reviews on their own FB page. Billing and customer service can't help apparently as they don't have the ability to look up past transactions (what???). I've emailed their "wecare@nextcare.com" address, including with copies of all the paperwork, and SILENCE from them. Now I'm stuck with bills that have VERIFIABLY already been paid. Complaints on with the BBB indicate I'm not the only one.
