He had his first Dupixent injection on Thursday and unfortunately had a bad reaction, so I had to keep him home to monitor him. The last thing on my mind was his hair appointment. I also just started a new job on Monday and had to call out during my first week because my child came first. I do not appreciate being charged for a service I was unable to make due to a medical situation involving my son. It's basic human decency to understand that emergencies happen. The customer service when I called was awful, and I'm disgusted by the way this was handled. To make matters worse, nothing was said when I booked my appointment over the phone about a cancellation or no show fee. I don't even know how you had my card information, but if you're taking appointments by phone, it should be standard practice to clearly tell customers they're subject to a charge if they have to cancel or miss an appointment. I also checked your website and could not find any policy disclosing this charge. Because this fee was never communicated to me over the phone or on your website, I will be disputing the charge with my bank. My son will always come first. This entire experience was disappointing and completely unacceptable.

It was very uneven, and I had a friend I bought it and he confirmed it was way off. The shop was unable to book me in that day for a recut so I went somewhere else and they fixed it. I feel that the problem is that the girls in there are quite chatty while they're cutting. They get carried away with their chatting and giggling therefore they are not paying 100% attention to the head they are working on. Nice place, but a little less professional than I would like. The new place I go to is more my speed. The barbers are polite and cordial, but they say very little and they do a solid job at lining me up every time.
