Chuck actually went under my house and inspected the foundation verifying his suspicions of root damage. They kept my place in the queue with weather delays. My soil was still soft for the heavy equipment and they repaired the ruts before leaving. Chuck also made a follow up trip to ensure that my raised garden and furniture were back in place.
