Updating a recent review, where things went a bit sideways and my dumpster was picked up a day early by mistake. Initial attempts to reach them by phone during regular business hours only went to voice mail, so I took to Yelp. I eventually received a phone call from someone at the business. They apologized for the mistake and prorated the amount for the shorter timeframe. They also discounted a weight overage, and that was appreciated. They offered to deliver a new dumpster, but said I'd have to pay another dumpster fee, but I declined and I'll just disperse what's left of the demo job in my home trash over the next few weeks. Here's where I think things could be better. This business seems to steer clients to book online. I called via phone many times, but the calls mostly went to voicemail. Speaking to someone in the first place may have prevented this issue, as the online portal mistakenly entered for my dumpster to be picked up a day early. They called before they were on their way to deliver the dumpster, which is nice. They did not call when they picked it up. They offer to charge an extra fee for additional days if needed. How would they do that if they don't answer the phone? Maybe there is a way to alter your order after it's been placed? But if there is, it wasn't clear to me. This was my first time renting a haul off dumpster from them. I could probably do it again without problems now that I know how the system works. You guys...this company is legit. So seamless to work with. My dad has lived in his home for 52 + years and us kids went down there to clean out his house in order to sell and vacate. We had 5 days to do it. We initially rented a 20 yard, then a 15 yard, another 10 yard, and lastly a 10 yard for just his electronics. We rented more dumpsters than we had originally anticipated. They have good (best?) prices, they show up on time, both to drop it off and pick it up, their dumpster was clean and they left cones out in the street for safety and they used a tarp cover when they hauled it away so not debris would blow out. This service was amazing! From start to finish, booking, delivery, pickup, the process couldn't have been smoother. Friendly delivery and customer service helping me decide what size dumpster I needed and for how long, and even flexibility with extending their normal timeframe if I needed! The dumpster arrived and was the cleanest "trash receptacle" I've ever seen (not that I've seen a lot...it was just insanely clean). You could walk into it too so it was way easier than having to throw stuff over a massive side, so I could drag yard waste and light furniture myself instead of needing lots of extra hands (or my husbands approval on what went in :)) Even when they came to pick the dumpster up and some jerk had parked almost across my driveway, the driver was super nice and had to do I think a 300 point turn, but was able to pick it up and haul it away! I can't say enough good things about Chris and his team. I scheduled a dumpster late one evening to show up the next day. The next morning I got a call from Chris saying their system had a scheduling glitch and it shouldn't have let me schedule a dumpster for the very next day. At this point you would think this is a negative review but how Chris responded was amazing. He first agreed to let me keep the dumpster for 7 days instead of 3 due to the error. When I told him more about the project he suggested a different type of dumpster that could hold more dirt and not have to be swapped out during the week. He went ahead and ordered that other type of dumpster for me with a completely different company at no charge. I'm about 98% positive it cost more than the dumpster I would have gotten from him. That dumpster showed up a couple days ago in the window he mentioned and we are filling it now. Chris not only got creative with finding a replacement that worked better for our project, he also was very proactive in his communication via text and call.
