Bank sent this guy out. He appraised my home at a far higher value than other appraisers, which i found unprofessional (he knew that I had to buy out my ex-husband). I had no idea why, but can state that he seems pretty hostile to women - so could only guess that he's getting back at 'all women' because of his own personal problems.
