I then had the Contour Light, and I found this relaxing! Then Jess measured me again, and I lost 6 inches total all around my body! OMG, I cannot believe it! 5 stars is truly not enough. I will try to make this as short into the point as possible but it will honestly be difficult because of how happy this place makes me. Growing up, I dealt with depression, as well as an eating disorder. Today I suffer from anxiety and sometimes my therapy is just not enough. Coming into the infrared saunas is my one hour to escape everything and just be able to enjoy the silence. I also am a person who works out at least six days a week (mainly for the mental health side of it all). I am a runner as well and currently training for a marathon. It's a lot on the body and Haute also has so many options for me to best treat my body. I had wanted to come here for a year before I actually went in and tried it. I am so sad that I waited that entire year without having this place in my life. If you are in the area and just want to go in and see what it's about, do it! I'm sure that someone there will be happy to give you a tour of the facility and walk you through what they offer. I was super intimidated at first (again, anxiety) but this place feels like home the second you walk in. The last thing I'll say, is that the owners certainly built this place out in fine detail, down to the smallest things. For example, after you do the sauna you can go into these oversize showers with all natural products and rinse off. You don't have to bring anything but a change of clothes. Nothing about this place or this package was relaxing and refreshing. The whole environment and staff treatment was impersonal and steeped in capitalist exploitation. This is exactly what I came to get away from, and I was thrown into the worst form of it. I came to Haute Healing Oasis for a couple's package to relax and refresh as a gift to my girlfriend after a couple tough weeks at work. The package included a 20 minutes BEMER session, a Ionic Detox Foot Bath, and an Infrared Sauna Session. The BEMER session involves the use of an electromagnetic pad (yikes) to stimulate your capillaries to increase circulation, a technology inspired by the same kind of usage on horses. Instead of a place to lay down and enjoy the experience, my girlfriend and I were put into a cramped room with a massive television that blared advertising for the product. The pads were on cheap Walmart reclining lawn chairs, so cheep, in fact, that they needed an extra stool to support our legs! Raising your legs above your heart completely changes your blood flow, how do I know that the BEMER pad was effective at all if they added something else into the mix? I doubt my legs and calves got the desired effect. After the advertising finished it's play-through, our attendant insisted on sound therapy, which in Haute Healing Oasis's eyes is cheap and uncomfortable headphones playing a corny soundtrack. To top it off, our attendant neglected to close the door to our room so they could show us off to other customers as an example of their services. My girlfriend and I are NOT zoo animals. Next was the Ionic Detox Foot Bath. This had even worse vibes than the BEMER pad session. Again, we were greeted with cheap Walmart chairs. This time, they were folding, SYNTHETIC wool lined, college dorm room style chairs. I would know; I bought the same kind when I was 18. The foot bath consisted of a lukewarm tub where the attendant swiftly strapped an anti-static electrode to my wrist, placed a bulb in to the tub (both connected to a machine), and sprinkled salt into the tub before leaving us. For the next 30 minutes, my girlfriend watched as the water turned into different colors signaling different detoxifications that occurred. During the process, the machine showed that it was pumping a total of 1.5 amps (hopefully between both my girlfriend and I) of electrical current into the ionized water, through our BODIES, into the anti-static electrode, and back into the machine to complete the circuit. Quick lesson for the team at Haute Healing Oasis: the heart can stop with just 1 amp of electrical current running through it. .25 amps is cutting more than a little close to lethality for a single detoxification procedure. Maybe consider lowering the amperage and extending the the session time to make this safer instead of pushing the limits to fit more appointments! Like I said, capitalism at it's worst. The last session my girlfriend and I attended was the Infrared Sauna. These rooms were very gimmicky. Sets of red LED strips are NOT infrared. Just because the word 'infrared' has the word 'red' in it does not mean that red lights make infrared light. Infrared light comes off of things like hot metals, campfires, the sun, or even just hot things in general (including your body). You cannot see infrared, It is literally all light below visible red! The part of the sauna that IS infrared emitting are the black panels on the side of the sauna. The beauty of an infrared sauna is to NOT need any special lighting or steaming to enjoy it. Instead, the inside of the sauna is lined with red LEDs covered in what looks like fake Halloween spiderweb. Haute Healing Oasis couldn't even pitch in for proper LED installation. Once again, saving a buck, and this time really trying to pull the wool over your eyes. Don't be a sheep! Do your research; expect better. Small side note. The bathroom (singular, mind you, which I still can't believe) has a funny little device on the sink that declared it was capturing or eliminating radio waves from things like WiFi, 5G, etc. That is, firstly, impossible with something that small; you special cage for that. Secondly, I was able to send texts in the bathroom, so clearly it wasn't working. Thirdly, ALL THREE of the sessions my girlfriend and I attended were centered around electricity! BEMER sends electromagnetic waves straight into your body, from head to toe. The Ionic Detox Foot Bath literally pumps electricity through the water and into you. The Infrared Sauna BATHES you in radiation. For a place that wants to let their visitors know they are protected from electromagnetic fields, it's quiet silly that they offer services that cover you with them intentionally. read more

Overall, I felt rushed and annoyed that my room was changed without telling me and my appt was moved to 15 mins earlier ALSO without telling me. So I have visited Haute Healing a few times over he last two years, and I really have enjoyed their sauna experiences. I have found their staff to be friendly, professional and their facilities to be clean and well maintained. I am giving a two star review because they are affiliated with multi-level-marketing companies, Young Living in particular, and promote this company that has had multiple class-action law suits filed against them, most recently on December 6th (https://www.truthinadvertising.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/Penhall-v-Young-Living-complaint.pdf) for operating as an illegal pyramid scheme. I work in the area and drop in post work a few time a week for an hour infrared sauna session. My favorite rooms are Rose Room and Flow Room but honestly they're all great. The staff is always so kind and accommodating - I have also met both owners and they are wonderful people who's passion for the business shows. This was my first time there, and I booked trials for the Sonix, BEMER, hydro massage, and a sauna session. Everything was great, I was really enjoying it, however the girl that was assisting me went out of order and put me in the sauna first before the hydro massage, and by the time I came out she told me the hydro massage was no longer available as it was booked for the next few hours. That really put me off, because she's the one who put me out of order of what I booked but I had to pay the price, and she seemed to not even really care.
