I had the onion bread with early wine that was similar to the early wine we had in the Czech Republic. Refreshing and light--more bubbly grape juice-like than a viscous Gewurztraminer and not nearly as sweet. The onion bread was a perfect companion to the wine. They had salads as well as traditional German food but nothing overly heavy. There was a full case of wonderful desserts as well. Seating was available inside and out. The garden was beautiful as was the shop with a great selection of wine available to take.
