Damaged the gutter, left the newly washed siding with black residue, broke a spindle on the porch and claimed it was all pre-existing. After much back and forth, a minor fix was done on the gutter and the black was removed(I had tried but couldn't,). One of the first jobs was to fix a porch roof that dripped. Discovered, when it rained, that it wasn't fixed. At that point, I discovered he blocked me so no way to contact him. I was hopeful that I had found someone to do repairs, but was disappointed.

Today everyone wants a Benjamin. In any event, turns our T-Mobile doesn't work well for me so I kept my current internet provider and didn't need for them to come out. That said, I did need my gutters cleaned. They provided a "no pressure" and very affordable estimate after driving past my house (took a photo) so I didn't need to be present. The estimate was not just for cleaning the gutters but removing the gutter guards and rinsing every out. I had quite the mess up there. You can see from the photos they provided me with after the job how bad it was. Photos of before and after? Yes. THEY DO THAT!!!! Their Technicians, Rachell and Vasil were here two hours and did a fabulous job. They gave me a window of time from 11 - 1:30 and they were here within that window. Both of them were quite the team. When I pulled out my checkbook to give them a check, they said "we'll email it to you". Seriously???? They also did a review via email from the owner regarding the job and the overall condition of my roof, and what could be improved. I can't thank them enough. I will be referring them to my friends and coworkers. They stay in constant contact with you via text & email letting you know when the techs are arriving and throughout the whole process.
