Snow is wet and lane is getting soft, but the moved the 5 to 10 foot drifts clearing the driveway and parking area the best they could considering the soft conditions. My Neighbors hired Wurth tree Service to take their trees down in their front yard. The neighbor…read moreasked my husband if Wurth could use our driveway for his 2 ton truck to get to one of the trees. unfortunately my husband agreed without us talking about it first. We've had issues with our driveway cracking and have spent thousands of dollars with thatcher to attempt to keep it from cracking any further. So when Wurth came to use my driveway I asked him to sign something taking liability if he were to damage my property. I thought I was being reasonable. I didn't have the contract with him my neighbors did so I wanted to make sure if my driveway got screwed up by his truck I wouldn't be the one shoveling out thousands again to repair or replace it. Well he not only refused to sign it. He started yelling at me saying he won't and doesn't take liability for fixing driveways or lawns and telling me my husband already agreed so he was doing it. I had to tell him no I don't agree. He kept insisting "too bad your husband already did". He kept arguing with me and I had to yell back at him "well I'm sorry, if you won't take responsibility and you want me to hold my neighbors responsible and sue them if you do something(which is what he said I'd have to do) I don't want you to use my driveway, I change my mind."I didn't like being that way, but I didn't want a 2 ton truck to crack an already unstable driveway or void my warranty with Thatcher either. He ended up getting the treea down just fine without using my driveway(which I kind of figured he would) but in the mean time his employees made fun of my husband and I saying he had lost his balls somewhere, and you can tell who wears the pants and has the balls in that house. Extremely unprofessional and rude !!! They did good work taking the trees down without even using my driveway, but the way they talk with and do business with you and then talk about you when they don't get their way is absolutely horrible. I won't ever want to do business with them. I know I wasn't their customer but I still deserved to be treated with respect and not yelled at and made fun of.
