I was caught in between new and old ownership when I purchased my 2020 F350. It was not safety inspected and I had to immediately spend $3100.00 on new brakes, front end components and horn repair. I contact the new ownership and their remedy was to give me the number of the previous owner and call him at home. I did and of course he essentially said sorry about your luck. The new owner will not stand behind the mistake. I highly recommend buying elsewhere. Lack of integrity. Lack of pride in the Ford brand. Run don't walk away from these fraudsters. read more

passing through havre on my way to Wisconsin when I stopped for gas at town pump. unable to start my fordso called havre ford service department for advice. The service guy knew exactly why....interference from a signat the gas station!! As I was not having any success following his advise, he drove to the town pump to fix my problem!!! I don't recommend this dealership. Never call back when they say they are and after requesting to purchase a truck, they later came back and said that it was for a customer but if it fell through they would contact me and give me the chance to get it. Deal with that customer didn't work out and I get a text saying that they then decided to allow another person to apply for it instead before they contacted me. They again told me if THAT customer fell through, they would reach out. Next time, don't waste my time and I recommend you don't waste yours. A lot more qualified and more professional dealerships out there. Happy to take my business elsewhere. read more

I have been a loyal customer to Havre Ford for five years. I bought my first car from the Havre Ford, I trust the company. I always would schedule routine maintenance for my vehicle (oil changes). I recently bought a jeep Patriot, and as usual brought my jeep to the Havre Ford to have my oil changed. I was there for a good hour before a mechanic came out to the sales floor and asked me where I had previously got my oil changed at. I told the mechanic here at the Havre Ford. Apparently the mechanic who worked on my jeep last time stripped out the plug on my oil pan. The mechanic told me he would try to get the plug out of my vehicle and change my oil. I once again thought nothing of it, because I TRUSTED the Havre Ford. About a half hour later another gentleman who also works at the Havre Ford and I later found out is a co-owner told me that I needed a new oil pan. He asked me if I took my jeep off roading because I must have hit a rock and it caused damages to my plug in the oil pan, and I am leaking oil. I found this to be odd because I have never taken my jeep off the road and I never noticed oil leaking. (I have a minor in diesel mechanics and worked as a mechanic in the past.) This "man" then told me he would order parts and I need to be at the Havre Ford the following week. The new pan plus the labor of the mechanics would cost me $350.00. I already felt skeptical and I left the Havre Ford feeling like I was being taking advantage of because I am a women. I pulled my jeep into one of the shops that my step dad owns (he owns a trucking company) I then saw exactly what the problem was with my jeep. My oil pan is fine I do not need a new oil pan. My plug however is stripped and it looked like the "mechanic" took a chisel to the plug trying to get it off. Instead of the Havre Ford owning up to their mistake they tried to take advantage of me. I returned to the Havre Ford with pictures of my jeep, and asked them to fix their mistake. They would not do so they continued to tell me that a rock did the damages not the mechanic. I was floored. Needless to say I will never buy or go to the Havre Ford and neither will my family. This is saddening to me, because Bobby Wolf is a great man and I will miss his company from when I would stop by the Ford dealership. You have been warned that this dealership will take advantage of you and try to screw you over. read more
