Everyone I spoke with, from the first phone call to David who came out, was incredible. They didn't just remove the nest, they educated me. I called back, and the next representative asked me if I knew the square footage of my home. When I told her (Taylor) the size of my home, she replied, "That cannot be right. You will have to speak with my Manager." As if she could not believe my answer. Finally, when I spoke with her manager, the manager told me that I first need to pay $25 for a home inspection, and then ONLY they will be able to provide me with a quote. I informed the manager that I have a new home, and already have a current termite control/station at the home. She insists that it is a company policy before they provide a quote. This is not the way to earn business. The company must reevaluate its policies and business processes.
