Management is completely unresponsive unless it benefits them, and when you actually need help, you're ignored or given the runaround. They will gladly take your money, but don't expect them to uphold their end of the lease. Maintenance requests either go unanswered or take forever to be addressed, and when they finally do show up, the problems are barely fixed, if at all. The communication is terrible, and no one seems to know what they're doing. What's worse is how they treat their residents. There's zero accountability, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect. I felt completely taken advantage of and misled the entire time I was there. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Look elsewhere. Living here was one of the worst decisions I've made.

As a result they are charging an 80 women on a fixed income over $ 2000 because she did not give notice in writing. The staff claimed their cleaning service worked on the unit prior to me moving in, but clearly not! It took an entire week of people coming in and out of my unit to try and clean the mess up. One of those individuals was let inside my unit while I was sleeping! I was woken up by him pounding on my bedroom door! I vacuumed the carpet numerous times and got a bunch of hair, fur, dirt, dust, etc. every single time, as if I hadn't just vacuumed it minutes before! In addition to the fleas, there were spider webs hanging from the light fixtures and ceiling. The lint trap of the dryer was also dirty. And two neighbors in particular had their big dogs out on the balcony constantly barking at everything and everyone. Super annoying! Do not recommend!
