I switched to about 8 months to Hyatt and every time I needed the refill request from my doctors they were always sending the request to Aurora. Even after me stating at least twice a month I switched to Ascension. My previous doctors from Aurora would call and say to me I needed to reestablish care with them before they would consider giving the authorization to fill the script. I have some serious medical conditions such as a seizure disorder anxiety depression diabetes and stage 3 kidney disease. So this kind of mistakes were life threatening and caused me to be hospitalized several times due Hyatt's error in communication. Back in Pandemic days, we came here to get tested and it was super easy peasy. As large as their lot is, there was a line along Layton Ave., backing up almost to the 13th street intersection, when we arrived. The line moved fairly quickly, and the people in the lot were very organized, considering the amount of cars waiting. It took a while to get to us to do the actual testing, due to the amount of people, but once we were taken care of, it was quick and efficient. I have been with Hayat for some years now. Even at different locations. But lately I not to happy with them. It's really does seem like their starting to take on to many clients and neglecting their others ones that been with them for a long time. Anyway, the lack of communication, not putting in enough to get the task done. Ps things has to get better. Also, if you tell someone that their prescriptions will be delivered and they're home waiting for hours and there's no call or no show that's very unprofessional. We need our medication and some of us are homebound so we depend on you. Also, is you notice someone script has expired, you should let them know that. I'm a double transplant recipien, that means my medication is vital to my survival. When I try to transfer my scripts to this pharmacy I explained alll that and had my transplant team send the medication list over directly to them. They had over two weeks to get the medication which they failed to order all the medicatio. They also proceeded to call me and tell my deductible is over 400, which is not true. I called my transplant team and insurance all they needed an authorization from the doctors office which my transplant team, my insurance and I felt that is part of their job which they clearly failed to do. Then I finally talk to a guy he said it was all ready told me my deductible which like 30-40 some dollars and he also scheduled a delivery for the next day between 12pm-3pm. That time came and went I called them to see what happened they didn't tell me but, I figured it out the medication was never ready because they didn't order all of it, 3-4medication left out of the bubble pack because they didn't get their in time I'm also completely blind in one eye and have limited vision in the other eye. I called the manager and recorded the conversation she very rude seem like she didn't want be on the phone offer nothing to resolv this situation never call me back like she promised and the kicker of it all the price double and she couldn't explain why any of this happene. Choose a pharmacy that prioritize your needs, Not Profit no pharmacy has right to play with your life because they are negligent and incapable of completing simple job, definitely worst experience I ever had and they owe me money read more

Hayat pharmacy is completely incompetent & unable to provide my medications in a timely manner along with all other pharmacy responsibilities. They show up unannounced without scheduling a delivery-afterwards after I contact them, they "agree the communication could have been better". Both orders I have received have been incorrect, missing medications, incorrect dosages (safety & following RX another responsibility.) My 3rd order-I was on my LAST day of meds and not a single person reached out to schedule a delivery after they "agreed communication could be better". I REACHED OUT-yet they had an incomplete order AGAIN! It's been weeks without medications-they have had weeks to figure it out-but are simply incapable. They contact the wrong doctors, state meds need PA's even thought my doctors send the approval number for medications that are already approved for a year. I would never receive ANY MEDICATIONS if I don't reach out and try to assist with their incompetence. My physician's are appalled by their chaos, inability to put thru simple medications. They state I must get certain medications at "specialty pharmacies". They are simple eye drops that Walgreens can fill. Then they tell me to use WALGREEN'S specialty pharmacy-assuming that everyones insurance is accepted there. I have done so much work for them, literally making them a specific LIST to assist them and they still can't get it right. Beware-they sign your receipts for you so you have no idea what you are receiving...also never have checked for ID although they state it's policy. I can't keep up with their "policies". EDIT: their response takes no accountability. Your "free delivery service" that you act like is aiding me in some way, is available from all pharmacies. Your pharmacist Nawal has falsified statements, committed fraud, spread slanderous information and defamatory statements that have appeared NO WHERE in my emails with him. He refuses to provide me a list of specialty pharmacies, refuses to give me contact information for someone to contact. This isn't a "delivery" confusion. This is blatant incorrect dosages , failure to send me my medications, and refusal to communicate to schedule deliveries and discuss what medications I am in need of. I have asked in writing 8 times, but Nawal, Tyler, Mara and Kristi all refuse. I have been without medication since FRIDAY (6 days) due to the negligence and mishandling of my medication. NO CONTACT was made to get my medications to me. This is an absolute joke. Who exactly would my email me going to with your "help" email? Cuz I've asked for someone in charge and been refused that information. I am already aware and in contact with DSPS. read more

This Pharmacy is the worst place to have your prescriptions filled. They promise to deliver and never show up, making it impossible to have access to your prescriptions because they close so early. They scheduled deliveries without you asking them and then when you have a delivery scheduled they do not ever show up. I have sat home all day and even the night delivery and waited for someone to show. The staff at Layton avenue is quick to just dismiss you and blame it on your doctors office before even checking the system. I waited 2 weeks for a POA to be entered in the system. My file has a request to only give me the generic version and they never read my file. it should not be so stressful to get my prescriptions filled each month. and when I finally complained I was told if you need to go someone else co want is best for you, never once have they apologized. read more

We've received 3 COVID tests here. The longest wait was maybe an hour. All of the people who are working are nice and efficient (especially the gentleman in the red coat!). We've also had our results in less than 48 hours, even over New Year's Eve. read more

Just tried to retrieve my Covid results and was redirected to Healthvana. 'Sign in' did not work so went to frequently asked questions. There were 43 of them, The most difficult was entering my birthdate which required going backwards on a calendar one month at a time. Had to go over 300 backspaces for the month. Very frustrating. Will try another Covid test from a different supplier since i was not able to get results. read more

We just got my 4yo son his first covid shot and the nurse was amazing. He was highly resistant and she helped get us set up with distractions and then quickly handled the shot. We were in and out in just over 20 min with the post shot wait time. I was nervous about going somewhere other than our pediatrician for a shot but I am so glad I didn't wait. I received excellent customer service from both of the employees with which I interacted at Hayat Pharmacy. It was very busy, yet they maintained a kind and caring attitude while being prompt, accurate and efficient. They asked the right questions and were very organized and respectful of their customers. These employees were very polite and courteous. They are people who take pride in doing a good job of serving the general public. Dealing with a continuous flow of sick people is not easy, especially during a public health crises and a labor shortage. I have already referred others to Hyatt and will continue to do so. read more
