I've called this company 4 times over the last 3 years. The owners wife who answers the phone is really nice. She even knows where we live. They're glad to take your money, take pumps and parts from your house, but they will not take your calls nor take the time to return to your house to finish the job. Particularly if it's hunting season, I was told he likes to "take a month off" to hunt and was shown many pictures of deer on wildlife cameras but no one shows up to finish the job. Absolutely the worst business of any type I've ever dealt with, in our areas there are no other companies doing this work so they enjoy a monopoly they didn't earn and don't deserve. Ive been waiting a year for some finishing work and have been told repeatedly that we are not a priority because "some people don't have water" and "we can't keep up with all the jobs we have now". A smart businessman would see an opportunity to hire some help and grow a client base, this guy sees this as an obstacle between him and a tree stand. Our water failed early this morning and I made a desperate call to try and figure out what was wrong as I travel for work and knowing someone would need to be home made it even more difficult for me. I left a message on the office machine then called their emergency number. I had a response within minutes and had a truck in the driveway in less than an hour. They came equipped with everything they needed and methodically troubleshot my system to start with the lowest cost resolution first, but when we determined it was a failed submersible pump, they were able to replace it, all within a few hours. They were extremely professional and personable (even pruned the tree around the pump that I have been putting off for months) and resolved my problem. I could not be more satisfied with the service and the total cost. Highly recommend them for any pump service or installation. read more

They originally installed a pressure tank last year, under warranty. It failed unexpectedly, and they were prompt to replace it over we got it scheduled. Four stars because the scheduling itself was a bit chaotic, but the responsiveness after that point was excellent. read more

I was living with only a dribble of water coming out of my faucets for months, taking showers by gathering water in a bowl, and dumping it over my head. I live on limited income, and thought it would be too expensive to get the water fixed.
