When I asked the real estate agent at Woodford Contemporary Real Estate what changes had been made to the property to justify such a price increase, I was told that they couldn't tell me. So I made a low offer (in hopes of just finding out what upgrades had been met) and was told that the offer was too low and they would not tell me what upgrades had been made. Unless all real estate agencies operate in this manner, I think these folks are quite SHADY.
