The Ingram Tech opened up the well electronics, and blew out a dead bug that was interrupting an electrical connection. "How much?" I asked. "No charge," he replied. He also showed me how to do basic maintenance on that component. Also, this was in the dead of night. 2) called them when an underground pipe broke, between well & house. They arrived as scheduled, the repair was perfectly done, and the bill was under their initial estimate. Ingram is highly professional, and their workers are competent & kind.
