Admittedly, i haven't frequented too many dispensaries in person. I had always previously used online internet dispensaries. Haze was my first in person venture. What a stress-free option, and so close to where I live! At that first visit, they were out of my "go-to" product. My preferred option are edibles, and I am brand loyal, since I am familiar with dosing (consistent dosing) with that brand for those. I bought a different alternative from the same brand, and it was fine. And my favorite had an expected delivery the next day. So, I didnt have to wait too long to get my first preference. I am so glad they carry it- and acceptable alternatives, in case they are sold out. I have been back since those first two times. In fact, I dont order from the internet dispensary anymore. I don't live near Haze in Rio Vista, but I have been here twice now. Recently I was in town, and I went in and didn't have a lot of cash on me and was in real need of a little goodness. The tender was so helpful and understanding and even rounded down for me at check out so that I would have enough!!! And of course my selection was tasty and very good, more than enough to get me through the afternoon. I will absolutely like to stop in again if we are in the area. It is a little out of the way but worth the stop as you'll find all the name brands and then some. read more

Haze is a fantastic dispensary! Skip the lines at the other big stores, and head on to Haze. where you will find a huge selection, and a super helpful staff and no wait. Honestly they carry one of my most favorite brands friendly farms and many others! They also offer industry discounts if you can bring in your work ID. I also want to address the two reviews below I'm really not sure where they went but they did not go to haze, there's honestly never a line there's such a new dispensary that many people don't even know they're open yet. This review is based on my most recent purchase from Haze of three 'Prime Cuts' cannabis plant clones. Two of the plants are doing fine, but the 'Caked up Candy' plant dried up the next day and failed to survive. Haze charges $30 each for these plants, so you would think they would have a better rate of survival, and that the Haze management would stand behind the product. Sadly, both the Haze management and the grower 'Prime Cuts Nursery' refused to replace the defective plant. From reading other reviews, I see I am not the only customer to have a problem with a 'Prime Cuts' clone, so buyer beware. read more

I seriously recommend this place. U walk in knowing the full price of their products AND They Stay Well Stocked! They have flower in 1/8 1/4 1/2 oz package but those run out quickly. Haze staff are very friendly and really fun to engage and as a returning customer the bud tender can pull up my info and knows what I've purchased before... my last dispensary couldn't do any of that. As of 4/20/22, I've been coming here since they opened and it has always been a pleasant experience. From the greeting and check-in by security to the friendly and knowledgeable people behind the counter. They have helped me pick out several products that did exactly what I needed. I got delivery 6-7 times already , I usually get indica 1/8th bags half of a oz or full oz , cheap prices $20-$60 for indica 1/8th bags. Michelle is a great driver , I had her 4 times already! She is nice and she always finds the apartment well. I had a guy driver once and he was horrible. He was rude and making comments under his breath, trying for me to not hear what he's saying . The folks who work there are extremely helpful with explaining every product I'm interested in, and they always help me out when they get promotional give-away's from the manufacturer giving folks samples of their products with the hope that we will begin to like & enjoy and purchase some of whatever their promotional items happen to be. First time ordering w/ HAZE for delivery and I loved my driver, Aquiles. Cool human!! Super chill and helpful. These folks 1) had the product that I wanted in stock, 2) responded extremely quickly via text message to let me know that my order was being prepared/etc., 3) had great communication w/ me via text message throughout my entire order process including answering my questions as a 1st-time customer, 4) had a quick delivery time, and 5) allow you to use other forms of payment rather than cash only. Paid $84 for my order and tipped $10 online. I placed my order at 5:35 and it's 9:27pm now and still no driver. Smh.

Lets keep it real. I walk in and there is two people working. On my left an old couple on their 70s talking and talking and talking....... On my right a cash register that I have to wait for it to get Wi-Fi to be able to purchase anything... The sales woman just stands in the same place raising the touch pad into the air as if moving 1 ft was going to fix the problem I suggest she move around... Nope.. Just stands there repeating the process until the other employee says you need to move down to the end of the counter but instead of doing that she just passes me along to the other employee???? I told them I was disabled having pain and couldnt be standing there all day so had to go to my car and came back. Eventually I get the sale done and as I'm leaving ask about my rewards points and the lazy employee says I dont have any and they dont know whats wrong with tbe "system".. I spend 100$ + every time I come there The owners of this company need to hire better staff and they need to fix the non working Wi-Fi sales system so disabled people dont have to stand in line for 30 minutes. Its typical for these monopoly dispensaries to hire people that have no idea about the products or customer service standards. I have tried this store 3 times. The first time spent almost 200 dollars for very very dry bud. The 2nd time i tried it I purchased weed in glass containers thinking it was the plastic containers i bought the first time. Nope!!! lines were super long at the other place so I tried Haze for my final time. I bought only 1 so i could see if its any better. Its not fully dry but i can break down a bud into dust with 2 fingers. Ive never encountered this at any shop in the area. Not sure about anything else but the flower is not good at all.
