These guys have ZERO clue to what they're doing, that belligerent idiot Nate especially. How is this guy managing ANYTHING in an industry he knows ZERO about?!!! I spent 12K on, what was supposed to be, a great sound system. THATS ENOUGH RIGHT?! Nope. Not by a long shot. I had several Bay Area companies and OR companies look at it and they ALL said it was a joke, that needed major corrections - Sound imbalanced with dead spots. - 2 way speakers installed and obviously, not the 3way needed ("they don't have 3way") - My BRAND NEW truck now with a bunch of scratches all over the new doors (they admitted guilt and have since reneged on fixing that, too) ZERO HONOR -lighting system that was sheit. $1200 for 1/2 not working and the other 1/2 too dim to read correctly Now, They're not fixing ANY of the issues, but if I want to bring it back in and pay an additional $4000, they say they can install what they promised the first time. HELL NO ARE THEY TOUCHING MY CAR EVER AGAIN. Dishonorable, unprofessional and ignorant in THEIR industry.
