I had several verbal quotes on lawn installation. We decided that we only wanted half of the work done and gave the go ahead to do half the job. I came home and found an entire lawn installed. It wasn't what was agreed to. I feel that this was part of the plan--do all the work---then bill! Second problem: I had about ten 15 foot white pine trees installed. These are significant trees. Two of them died in the first six months. I contacted the landscaper and he refused to do anything. It is standard that large plants, trees, and bushes are warranted for one year. Not from this landscaper. I can't recommend using this business. Very bad experience. More work done than asked for. Lost more than $1000 on two trees that died.

The crew was scheduled to arrive at 7:30am and pulled into my drive at 7:36 am, impressive. The crew got busy immediately and worked together like a fine oiled machine, each member responsible for their specific job, prepping the drive for the hot asphalt. When the prep work was close to completion two trucks headed out for fresh hot asphalt and arrived about 30 min. later. The guys got busy spreading and rolling out the asphalt and completed the job by 11:45am.
