The minute I walked in I felt serene with the soothing music and quiet tone of the front entrance. I was escorted to a waiting area and given a hot towel. Not long after I was approached by Jade who took me into a lovely quiet room to start my treatments. I got my eyebrows waxed, a 30 min massage, a manicure and a pedicure all done by Jade. The experience was so amazing. I walked out feeling so relaxed. Jade was so lovely. She made me feel like I was in very good hands the whole time. Needless to say I brought my husband the pamphlet with a request to have this treatment again. It was not cheap but I was very grateful that I was able to have such a wonderful day. I would probably go back for one or two treatments as apposed to a number of treatments due to the cost. However, as a gift I highly recommend this!!!!

The pedicure was great and the girls were all friendly and chatty. The spa is very new and is a beautiful space. The location is good if you are staying in the area but parking could be a problem in the summer time. Everything seemed very clean and they actually gave me the nail file to take home which was a nice touch. The only negatives were the price and the colour selection. They charge $65 for a pedicure and when you include tax and a tip it gets up to around the $80 mark. Although to be fair anywhere I've been in Penticton that is cheaper hasn't been as good. They also only had about 10 or so polish colours to choose from but I imagine this will improve with time. Overall, I enjoyed it and I'd recommend it if the price doesn't bother you.
